Disney World has a NEW deal for Florida residents.

Disney World just released a slew of hotel discounts for the fall and winter of 2024. These include general discounts, Annual Passholder discounts, and our focus today: Hotel discounts EXCLUSIVELY for Florida residents.
If you’re a Florida resident, definitely don’t sleep on this new offering. Disney’s latest hotel deal allows you to save between 10% and 30% at Disney World Hotels (based on the non-discounted price a non-Florida resident would pay for the same room) this coming fall. Specifically, these offers are good for “most” Sunday to Thursday nights from October 6th through November 21st, and “most” overall nights from November 24th through December 25th. Meaning that these deals are taking place right in the middle of both the Halloween and Christmas seasons at Disney World.
So if you’re craving a staycation built around an evening at Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party or Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party, now’s your chance to book one with some huge savings.

Disney World’s hotels are broken down into tiers for these discounts. Florida residents booking the above periods can save up to:
- 10% at Boulder Ridge Villas at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge, Copper Creek Villas & Cabins at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge, Disney’s Animal Kingdom Villas – Jambo House, Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort, and Disney’s Polynesian Villas & Bungalows.
- 20% at Disney’s All-Star Movies Resort, Disney’s All-Star Music Resort, Disney’s Art of Animation Resort, Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort, and Disney’s Pop Century Resort.
- 25% at Bay Lake Tower at Disney’s Contemporary Resort, The Cabins at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort, Disney’s All-Star Sports Resort, Disney’s Animal Kingdom Villas – Kidani Village, Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort, and Disney’s Port Orleans Resort – French Quarter.
- 30% at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge, Disney’s Beach Club Resort, Disney’s Beach Club Villas, Disney’s Boardwalk Inn, Disney’s Boardwalk Villas, Disney’s Contemporary Resort, Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort – King Bed Rooms, Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, Disney’s Old Key West Resort, Disney’s Port Orleans Resort – Riverside, Disney’s Riviera Resort, Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa, Disney’s Wilderness Lodge, Disney’s Yacht Club Resort, and The Villas at Disney’s Grand Floridan Resort & Spa.

While the perks of staying at a Disney World hotel have diminished in recent years, Disney’s latest adjustment to the Lightning Lane System — introducing the Lightning Lane Multi Pass and Lightning Lane Single Pass — presents hotel guests with arguably the biggest perk they’ve ever experienced in an extra four days to begin purchasing and booking Lightning Lane experiences. The new system goes live on July 24th, so it will be operational in October/November/December if you take advantage of Disney’s latest offering.

As one would expect, there are some caveats to this offer. According to Disney, the number of rooms allocated is limited, and length of stay requirements may apply. The offer also excludes certain room types including 3-bedroom Villas; Deluxe Suites; Cabins at Copper Creek Villas & Cabins at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge; and Bungalows and Island Tower Rooms at Disney’s Polynesian Villas & Bungalows.
