Everything We Know About the Marceline Market Restaurant Announced for the Disney Treasure

Are you ready to hop aboard a Disney cruise?

Marceline Market

We’re right there with you! With the Disney Treasure getting ready to embark on her maiden voyage later this year, we’re breaking down everything we know about the new ship, and today we want to focus on one restaurant specifically — the Marceline Market restaurant! Let’s talk about all we know to set the stage for what we might get to experience aboard the Treasure!

As we said, we’re talking about the Marceline Market restaurant and what we know about it. In this regard, we already have a working model of what to expect. That’s right. The restaurant is already aboard the Disney Wish! So let’s have a look at it and see what we should be able to look forward to on the Disney Treasure!

A look at the movies in the market

Marceline Market is one of the casual dining options on the Wish, and it’s inspired by the town of Marceline, Missouri where Walt Disney grew up. This food hall is only open for Breakfast and Lunch and allows guests to enjoy walk-up dining at any of the 10 unique food stalls.

Each food stall is themed to a specific Disney animated story like Alice in Wonderland or Zootopia just to name a few. Also, the stalls offer a wide variety of freshly prepared cuisines such as American classics, comfort foods, international specialties, seafood, soups and salads, vegetarian and plant-based eats, baked goods, and desserts and they’re all served buffet-style.

The Atmosphere

If they end up constructing Marceline Market in the same way they did on the Wish, you’ll notice that there is a TON of seating available, which makes sense since it’s a food hall and meant to feed a large number of people at the same time.

Plenty of seating

You’ll find indoor and outdoor, bar seating, and even some booths.

There are Cast Members there to help guests and the food is served buffet-style. Here’s what the food stations look like:

As is the case with casual dining, you’ll find a self-serve beverage station with all the soda and juices you could desire.

Since it’s Disney, you know that the theming is going to be on point. You’ll see nods to Walt’s upbringing.

There are also cute touches based on their various IPs like Ratatouille.

The Eats

As we said earlier, Marceline Market is open for breakfast and lunch. Since it is a buffet, the menu will vary, but you can expect to find your standard fare such as bacon, eggs, waffles, and omelets at breakfast

burgers, fries, chicken tenders, and salads at lunch.

That’s what we know about the Marceline Market and we think it’s going to be a great option on board the Treasure for bigger groups, especially those where everyone has a different eating habit since there are so many options to choose from!

A ton of food!

Also, it could be a great option if you don’t feel like sitting down to a full-on table service meal.
