NEWS: Is This a HINT That a Popular Entertainment Offering is Returning to Jollywood Nights This Year?

Believe it or not, we’re less than 6 months away from the holiday season in Disney World!

This means while we’re currently focused on not baking in the heat of summer, Disney is already planning ahead for their seasonal offerings. We don’t know exactly what’s returning to Disney World’s holiday parties this year, but we do now know that this particular show will be returning to Jollywood Nights!

We just spotted two new casting calls on the Disney Careers website for a show seemingly similar to the Kermit and Miss Piggy Sing-Along/Holidays in Hollywood Show we saw last year!

While Disney doesn’t name the show specifically, the photo used is from the Kermit and Miss Piggy Sing-Along and is described as “Famous Muppets Kermit the Frog and Miss Piggy will be special guests in this star-studded production, which features appearances by Tiana, Belle, Minnie Mouse, and Mickey Mouse.”

However, the casting call does also say that this is a “brand new” stage show, so it’s very possible the show may be different from the 2023 version. There are two casting calls currently active through Monday, June 24th at 11:30PM — one for vocalists and one for dancers!

Both casting calls list that these are seasonal contracts between October and December 2024. The show is seeking both male and female-presenting dancers “with exceptional dance technique and performance quality. Must be proficient in multiple styles of dance that include musical theatre-jazz and swing.” They are also seeking a female-identifying Vocalist, a male-identifying vocalist, Tiana, and Belle!

To submit an audition, you’ll need to create a Disney Careers account and follow all instructions listed. Keep in mind that you must be 18+, able to work in the United States, and cannot be currently doing the Disney College Program!

Disney has not yet announced dates for Jollywood Nights, but we’re hoping to see that news announced soon, so be sure to stay tuned to AllEars for all the latest Disney World holiday news!
