Trust Me, You’re Going to Want to Go to Gideon’s Bakehouse at Disney World This Month

As we enter into the month of June, that means there are new treat flavors to pick up at Gideon’s Bakehouse in Disney Springs!

Gideon’s Bakehouse offers special menu items each month, and this June, Butterscotch and Cookie Butter are the stars of the show in limited-time cookie, cake, and cold brew offerings.

Gideon’s offers some delicious cookie, cake, and drink flavor combinations and this month is no different. Get your sweet tooth ready as this month’s exclusive flavor has plenty of sugary goodness. Gideon’s Bakehouse has two different locations: one at Disney Springs, and another one in Orlando at East End Market. You can pick up these specials at both locations, except for the Cold Brew, which is only available at Disney Springs.

This month’s featured cookie is the Butterscotch’s Cookie Butter Butterscotch Cookie. This is a half-pound cookie that is full of lots of Butterscotch and Cookie Butter flavors.  The cookie dough is packed with Biscoff Cookie Butter, crushed Biscoff cookies, and Butterscotch chips. Gideon’s did warn that this cookie is a bit more sugary than normal, but in the best possible way.

In addition to the featured cookie, you can also grab some Cookie Butter Buttercream Cake on Saturdays and Wednesdays at both Gideon’s locations. Gideon’s cakes are loaded with lots of frosting, so this is the perfect treat to satisfy your sweet tooth. This cake features a Cookie Butter Buttercream!

Finally, you can try out the Cookie Butter Butterscotch Nitro Cold Brew drink exclusively at the Gideon’s in Disney Springs. The cold brew rounds out the special treats available in June, but you can always choose from cookie flavors like Chocolate Chip, Peanut Butter, and Cookies & Cream that are available all the time.

As a reminder, Gideon’s Bakehouse is a popular option in Disney Springs, so you may find that there is a pretty long line when you arrive! You will get a souvenir menu as you get in line, so you can decide on exactly what you want before you get to the front.

While you are in Disney Springs, there is also so much more to check out. In addition to lots of shopping, dining, and entertainment options, you can also check out the new drone show called “Disney Dreams That Soar.” This drone show takes place nightly through September 2nd, 2024. The show happens at 9PM and 10:45PM each evening. You can see some of your favorite Disney characters soar through the sky during this almost 10-minute show.
