It’s that time, friends! We’re talking about Halloween already!

Universal just released some highly-anticipated news about its 2024 Halloween Horror Nights events including dates and ticket prices. While we’re still waiting on many other details like the houses and entertainment, we can now tell you the cheapest days to go!
Halloween Horror Nights is starting earlier this year on August 30th and running on certain nights through November 3rd. Tickets start at $82.99, but let’s go month-by-month to see the cheapest dates.

August
Horror Nights kicks off at the very end of August so there are only two dates that month. However, the cheaper day is opening night, Friday, August 30th. Since it is opening weekend, these tickets are a bit pricier than many September dates.

September
For the cheapest tickets in September, you’re going to want to look at Wednesdays and Thursdays. Each week, tickets are the base price of $82.99. September 8th and 15th are also available at that price, with September 22nd and 29th just a bit higher at $85.99.

October
In October, the same rule applies — Wednesdays and Thursdays are going to be the cheapest days of the week to go. Here’s a breakdown of those days under $90:
- October 2nd — $82.99
- October 3rd — $85.99
- October 9th, 10th, 16th, 17th, 23rd, 24th, 30th, and 31st (Halloween night) — $87.99

November
Just like August, there are only a couple of dates in November to attend Halloween Horror Nights. Friday, November 1st is the cheaper day at $97.99, but we’d recommend going in September or October if you want the best deal possible.

Note: Express Pass for Halloween Horror Nights is also available to purchase and basically follows the same price pattern as these ticket prices above. Express Pass allows you to skip the lines at the haunted houses and it is a separate purchase from your ticket into the event starting at $129.99.
