A Disney Nighttime Spectacular Is Closing for Refurb Tomorrow

Are you heading to Disneyland in 2024?

World of Color

If so, keep in mind that there’s a fan-favorite Disney California Adventure attraction that will close for refurbishment — tomorrow!

World of Color — ONE will be closing for refurbishment in Disney California Adventure tomorrow, January 8th! This closure will last for a bit over a month, so go ahead and set your alarm for February 29th.

UPDATE: Disney later updated the website to note that World of Color — ONE will be closed through January 18th, 2024. That means it is set to reopen on January 19th.

This show involves various fascinating technologies like water elements, fire, projections, and so much more.

  1. The Disneyland site currently (as of 1/9/24) shows the closure through Jan 18. Hoping we get to see this on our trip in Feb!
