If you’re a foodie, then you’ll definitely want to start planning your next trip to Disney World!
The resort is getting a BUNCH of new food offerings, like the recently-opened EET in Disney Springs, or The Cake Bake Shop and Blue Ribbon Corn Dogs, which are both coming soon to Disney’s BoardWalk. But one of the spots we’re most excited about? Summer House on the Lake!
Summer House on the Lake is set to open before the end of the year in Disney Springs, and we’ve been excitedly watching the construction progress. The walls are down at the restaurant, but now we’re getting our first look at the FULL MENU!
There’s a brunch menu and then a lunch/dinner menu. Let’s dive in!
Brunch Menu
First up, we’ve got a selection of starters that includes Jalapeno Corn Bread, Cheesy Dream Puffs, Potato Salad Deviled Eggs, and Prime Rib Meatballs. You can also order edamame, truffle fries, or their signature guacamole.
For breakfast offerings, they have a variety of Cali-Mex eats, including burritos, tostadas, Mexican Hash Browns, and huevos rancheros.
You can also order eggs cooked in a few different ways. There are hashes, as well as an egg sandwich and a 3-egg breakfast.
For those craving carbs, try the pancakes and waffles!
If you’re in the mood for a vegetable, Summer House has quite a few choices available. Their salad menu alone has 6 different options and then there are vegetable-forward dishes like Caramelized Brussels Sprouts, Shishito Peppers, Grilled Avocado, and Wood-Grilled Artichoke.
Learning into the lunch-style menu options, you can order sandwiches (with chicken, turkey, or beef), as well as Chicken Breast Paillard, Wood Grilled Salmon, fried chicken, and steak frites.
And of course, there’s a kids’ menu too! They have basics like grilled cheese, mac and cheese, chicken fingers, and various breakfast offerings.
To drink, there are a few signature spritzers and specialty cocktails on the menu, as well as a variety of wines and beers.
For those who want to avoid alcohol, they even have a few zero-proof drinks.
That’s everything for brunch!
Lunch and Dinner
If you’re stopping by for lunch and dinner, here’s what you can expect. The menu starts out with the same options for Starters, as well as the signature guac.
The Veggies options remain the same, but there’s an additional “Raw & Chilled” section with Ahi Tuna Nachos, Salmon Poke Nachos, Hamachi Sashimi, and a Classic Shrimp Cocktail.
You still have your choice of a variety of salads and sandwiches.
However, dinner comes with the addition of Tacos and Pasta menus! There are three options in each category, with flavors like Grilled Tequila-Lime Chicken and Angry Crab Bucatini.
You could also try out one of their pizzas! There are basic flavors as well as Shaved Mushroom, Hobbs Pepperoni, and Spinach & Kale.
The Southern Comfort menu includes chicken, fish, and steak entrees.
The kids’ menu for lunch and dinner seems to be the same as it is for brunch.
The spritzes remain the same…
…as do the specialty cocktails.
And you have the same choices for zero proof, as well!

I think the prices are high but so is everything else in the Disney area. Looks like more families that want to take a trip to Disney will be staying and eating off property.
