The Disney World app can be a great tool… if you know how to use it.

My Disney Experience has gone through quite a few changes since it was originally rolled out, and it looks like Disney isn’t done making updates to the service. If you’ve got an upcoming visit to the parks planned, we think this new app change might make your Disney World day even easier!

The Disney World app has changed… again. But, this time it looks like the update can actually make using My Disney Experience even easier — especially for folks who use Disney Genie+! In the Tip Board section, you now have the option of filtering by attractions that offer Lightning Lane redemption (Disney’s skip-the-line service.)

Check it out below — we’ve toggled it “OFF” when looking at EPCOT, and it looks like the Tip Board is only showing us attractions without Lightning Lanes.

When the option is toggled on, we’re shown rides and attractions that do have available Lightning Lane options.

Not only that, but on the Tip Board you can now see whether you’re able to hop to another park that day, choose a Lightning Lane return window, and make Individual Lightning Lane purchases as well.
