Stop Everything — We Just Had One of the BEST Character Interactions at Disney World

TRON Lightcycle / Run has almost made it to its opening date!

The highly anticipated coaster will officially open to the public on April 4th after previews for certain groups like Annual Passholders, DVC Members, and more. We’re at a media event to celebrate before the grand opening and we just met one of the BEST characters we’ve ever seen!

If you’ve been to Disney World, chances are you’ve seen Goofy. But you’ve never seen TRON GOOFY before!

We were dancing the night away to celebrate TRON, and Goofy was the life of the party. We’re in love!

We also got to say “hello” to the Cast Members for the attraction and TRON Mickey and Minnie!

When TRON opens, you can ride with a virtual queue or by purchasing an Individual Lightning Lane. We also recently got a look at the TRON merchandise, a brand new interactive experience, the PhotoPass options, and the snack stand with all new food nearby.
