ANOTHER Pool Closure Announced for Disney Resorts

It takes a LOT to keep Disney Resort Hotels afloat (ha, get it?).

With so many different stellar amenities available, it’s no wonder that occasionally Disney needs to perform routine maintenance to keep everything looking so fresh and so clean. And now, it looks like one Disney Resort pool and more will close for a bit of a makeover!

Sure, you’ve heard of Disney’s Beach Club Resort in Disney World, but did you know that there’s also a Disney Resort in Florida actually ON the beach? That’s right — Disney’s Vero Beach Resort is located on Florida’s space coast and offers guests the Disney experience in a more relaxed setting.

But, if you’re thinking about booking a trip in the future — you might want to AVOID January 8th to late March 2024. The Vero Beach Feature Pool, Pirate’s Plunge Pool Slide, the Tiger Lily Wet Play Area, Port Holes Miniature Golf, and the whirlpool spa will all be closed for refurbishment.

In the meantime, guests can follow temporary signage and still access the Community Hall and Winds and Wave Bar and Grill. Guests can also expect to hear refurbishment work from the hours of 9AM to 6PM.
