Okay, we know we’re right in the middle of celebrating Halloween. But…we’re pulling you out of the spooky season for just a second.

That’s because some new holiday information was just released! We already know about the special holiday offerings at Disney World — Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party and EPCOT Festival of the Holidays. But what about Universal Studios Orlando? Well…their holiday experiences were just revealed!
Universal Studios is celebrating the holiday season from November 12th, 2022 to January 1st, 2023, and there is so much to do — including a few returning experiences!
Universal’s Holiday Tour
On select dates, guests can pay $79 (plus tax) to enjoy Universal’s Holiday Tour! It’s a guided tour that offers unique experiences and special access, including:
- Meeting the Grinch and Max, while enjoying a hot cocoa bar and small bites at Circus McGurkus Cafe Stoo-pendous
- Reserved seating at the “Grinchmas Who-liday Spectacular” — a live re-telling of How the Grinch Stole Christmas
- A meet-and-greet and photo-op with Santa Claus (with one digital download photo included)
- An exclusive, after-hours showing of “The Magic of Christmas at Hogwarts Castle” — a projection of holiday spirit inspired by various Harry Potter stories

Keep in mind, you’ll need separate theme park admission with a 2-Park 1-Day Park-to-Park ticket in order to attend this guided tour. Annual and Seasonal Passholder will receive a $10 discount per passholder with a valid pass.
The Grinch & Friends Character Breakfast
Over at Islands of Adventure, guests can partake in the popular character dining experience — The Grinch & Friends Character Breakfast! Start your day the right way with a solid breakfast…and encounters with some beloved Dr. Seuss Characters (the Grinch is included, of course).

Guests will receive one digital download photo from their encounter with the Grinch! The breakfast is at Circus McGurkus Café Stoo-pendous on select dates from November 12th through December 29th. It’s $41.99 (plus tax) for adults and $26.99 (plus tax) for children. Separate theme park admission is required. And Annual and Seasonal Passholders will get a 20% discount on the dining experience when purchased with a valid pass.
Holiday Festivities at Hotels
All 8 Universal Resort hotels will be decorated for the holiday season, and of course, the decor will match each hotel’s unique theme.
Hotel guests will also be able to enjoy special menus for the holidays, as well as menorah lighting ceremonies, holiday crafts, and more! Some hotels will even be offering Christmas tree lightings and strolling carolers!

There’s so much to take advantage of during the festive season, so be sure to head over to Universal to celebrate the holidays!
