The Star Wars franchise has had a lot of buzz recently, and we’re here to cover it all!
Currently, many Star Wars fans (and one of our very own reporters) are at Star Wars Celebration Live, and we’ve been bringing you updates about the new Andor series coming to Disney+, how Jude Law will star in a new series, and now, we’ve just heard Ashley Eckstein speak at the event!
Ashley Eckstein is a name many Star Wars fans recognize as the voice actor behind Ahsoka in the Clone Wars. During Star Wars Celebration, Eckstein stopped by the Star Wars Celebration Live! stage to discuss her new Star Wars-themed mental health series and more.
During the conversation, she was asked if she had given any pointers or advice to Rosario Dawson, who portrays Ahsoka in The Mandalorian. Ashley stated she has not spoken to Rosario and hasn’t even gotten the chance to meet her, but that she would love to!
She also stated that it would be “a dream to do a cameo in the Ahsoka series.” Eckstein shared that she believes in the power of putting things out into the universe, so who knows!? Maybe putting those statements out there will make something truly epic happen!
She became emotional as she began to talk about her experience starting with Star Wars over 10 years ago, talked about her love for the fans, and how Ahsoka lives in everyone’s hearts and souls.
She told fans in attendance, “I love you all so much.”
