PHOTO: First Look at the New ‘Indiana Jones’ Movie

Star Wars Celebration has brought fans a number of HUGE updates regarding upcoming series, books, merchandise, and games, and we’re here bringing you all the updates!

We’ve been hearing from Star Wars stars like Ashley Eckstein, sharing news about Star Wars series (like how Jude Law will be starring in an all-new series), and so much more! Stars of another popular Disney franchise, Indiana Jones, were also in attendance at the festival and have given us a first look at the 5th film!

Lucasfilm has shared an exclusive first look photo of the next movie in the franchise! Get ready folks, Indy is coming back!

This year (2022) happens to be John Williams’ 90th Birthday, and Harrison Ford, James Mangold, Kathleen Kennedy, and Frank Marshall all wished him a Happy Birthday at Star Wars Celebration ahead of this exciting reveal.

In terms of Indiana Jones connections, just as was the case with the previous ‘Indiana Jones’ movies, John Williams will be composing a new score for the upcoming film.

The film is set to release on June 30th, 2023. It will feature the return of Harrison Ford as Indiana Jones, as well as Phoebe Waller-Bridge, Mads Mikkelsen, Antonio Banderas, Boyd Holbrook, Shaunette Renee Wilson, Thomas Kretschmann, and Toby Jones. It will be directed by James Mangold; Kathleen Kennedy, Frank Marshall and Simon Emanuel will serve as producers; and Steven Spielberg will serve as the executive producer.
