Horse Drawn Carriages Will Be BACK for the Holidays in Disney World!

Although it’s been over a year since Disney World reopened, there are still some activities that have not yet returned to the resort.

But we’re gradually starting to see many of these fun activities come back. Most recently, we saw the return of boat rentals at select resorts. But now ANOTHER form of fun transportation is making its return to Disney World.

If you have dreams of once more dashing through the snow on a one-horse open sleigh, you’ll soon be able to do so  (minus the snow) at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort and Campground on a Holiday Sleigh Ride, starting on December 1st through December 30th. Each sleigh ride costs $75 per carriage for a 25-minute ride, and each carriage fits up to 4 adults or 2 adults and 3 children.

And regular Carriage Rides will return at the Cabins and Campsites at Fort Wilderness in January 2022 and at Disney’s Port Orleans Resort — Riverside in February 2022. Reservations are highly recommended and can be made by calling (407) WDW-PLAY or (407) 939-7529.

And we’ll keep you updated on other activities that return to Disney World, so stay tuned!
