The food in the Wizarding World of Harry Potter is delicious and we can always count on satisfying our sweet tooth at Toothsome Chocolate Emporium. But now, we have a new dining spot to look forward to! Take a look at the latest restaurant coming to Universal CityWalk.

Bend The Bao will open at Universal CityWalk tomorrow, June 15th! The restaurant will serve Asian fusion food.

You can find the colorful new restaurant where Fusion Bistro Sushi & Sake used to be located in Universal CityWalk.

Some of the items on the menu include the Crab Cake bao bun, which includes a Maryland-style crab cake, shredded lettuce, diced tomato, and mustard aioli.

Sticking with the seafood theme, there’s the Shrimp bao, which includes fried shrimp, shredded cabbage, avocado, pico de gallo, and chipotle crema.

They’re also bringing in the barbecue flavors with the Beef Brisket bao, which will have beef brisket, fried jalapeño, pickled red onion, cilantro, and avocado lime crema.

If you’re looking for a bao bun with more Asian flavors, try the Pork Belly bao. It has pork belly, scallions, cucumber, honey-roasted peanuts, and cilantro.

And for all of the vegetarians who want to enjoy the new restaurant, take a look at the Veggie bao. Inside you’ll find roasted oyster mushrooms, spinach, sweet potato, caramelized onion, smoked ricotta cheese (yum), and tomatillo salsa.

We can’t wait to try all these delicious looking bao buns very soon! We’ll keep you updated with what we think of the food at Bend The Bao, so stay tuned to AllEars.
