NEWS: Legoland California to Reopen Next Month!

As of April 1st, California theme parks are able to reopen under additional health and safety guidelines.

While Disneyland Resort will not reopen until later in the month on April 30th, many other California theme parks are preparing to open on the date that restrictions are lifted. And, Legoland California is one of those!

According to The Orange County Register, the Legoland Theme Park and Hotels will reopen on April 1st for Park Preview days before reopening to the public on April 15th. The Preview Days will be open to guests who are staying at the Legoland Hotel, season passholders, and other visitors who purchased a ticket prior to the park’s closure last year.

Between April 1st and 12th, guests will have access to Miniland U.S.A. as well as distanced character photo-ops, live performances, and select rides. Technic Coaster, Coastersaurus Coaster, Fairy Tale Brook Boat Ride, and the Lego Driving School are among the attractions that will be available.

Legoland will reopen with a capacity of 15% in accordance with the California state guidelines and that will increase when lesser “tiers” are reached as COVID-19 cases decline county.
