NEWS: The Opening of the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures Has Been Delayed

With 2020 coming to a close and the end of the global health crisis still ongoing, the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures has had to re-examine their opening date originally set for April 2021.

And, it looks like we’ll have to wait a bit longer to visit Bruce, the shark star of Jaws at the museum.

The Academy Museum announced today that they will push back their opening date to September 30th, 2021, citing rising virus infection rates and continued restrictions on public gatherings in LA.

This is one of the many delays that have been announced due to ongoing restrictions in California.
