It’s the most wonderful (and the busiest) time of the year! The Christmas decorations might be on display and the gingerbread might be baking, but there’s also a LOT of guests wanting to experience the holiday magic for themselves.
Disney World’s capacity is currently capped at 35%, but Disney Park Passes have continued to fill up during Christmas and New Year’s. While Disney only refilled the park pass availability in December at the beginning of the month, certain parks have become unavailable once again on select dates!
Since we’re only two weeks away from Christmas, it’s not too much of a surprise that Christmas Day has started to fill up for all guests planning to head to the Magic Kingdom!
Passes for Theme Park Tickets Guests, Disney Resort Guests, and Annual Passholders have all filled up for the Magic Kingdom on December 25th…
…along with New Year’s Eve (even though Annual Passholders still have availability in each of the parks that day)!
New Year’s Day has no availability for Magic Kingdom AND Disney’s Hollywood Studios for both Theme Park Tickets and Disney Resort Guests. Annual Passholders still have access, but that’s subject to change!
We’ll have to keep our eye on the Disney Park Pass reservations throughout the rest of the holidays! And, we’ll be sure to update you on any new park hours or changes!
Here’s a look at the Disney Park Pass availability through January 2021!

I’ve checked each day for when I’ll be at the parks. Most mornings it’s all yellow with a grey here and there for December. Then mid day or the next day it’s mostly green again.
I think lots of folks who had trips planned have cancelled or postponed. Who knows.
