SeaWorld Announces They Will Be Open an Additional Day Now Through September!

Since initially reopening in June, SeaWorld has been operating only five days a week, closing its park on both Tuesdays and Thursdays. But they recently announced they would be adding another park day back in to allow guests to enjoy a few more days this summer!

From now until September 6th, SeaWorld will be open every Thursday to allow guests another day in the parks.

Even though they’re adding another day to enjoy the parks, the protocol and planning to visit on this extra day hasn’t changed. Guests who have existing tickets, Fun Cards, or Annual Passes will still need to make an advance registration in order to secure their spot in the park for the day.

SeaWorld is still limiting capacity to promote physical distancing so the reservation system is in place. But, having this extra park day per week will help with crowd levels, and hopefully allow more guests to be able to visit during the week.

They are only going to be open the next five Thursdays, with the last one being September 3rd, right before Labor Day weekend. Guests will be able to fit a little more SeaWorld fun into their Summer, and helping the park continue to promote safety protocols and physical distancing while in the parks.
