While many of us are all curled up in our home bubbles in an effort to help flatten the curve, we’ve been getting hands on and putting our DIY skills to the test. We’ve already got our Disney Pin board all ready to DIY!
Now, Sprinkles is giving us a chance to step into the kitchen to prove our DIY skills by releasing new kits with everything you need to make your own Sprinkles cupcakes!
The DYO Sprinkles cupcake kits come with cream cheese and chocolate buttercream frosting, assorted decorations and sprinkles, and even spatulas to spread your toppings on the little cakes.
The kit also comes with Red Velvet, Sprinkle, and Dark Chocolate Cupcakes that you’ll be able to design any way you want to.
You can order your DYO to-go kit online at Sprinkles website for $60 and will be available for delivery tomorrow.

I guess it’s the way they do their frosting at Sprinkles that makes them look unappealing. I’m not a fan of mounds of frosting at all and I think the ratio of cake to frosting is probably perfect, but they just don’t look pretty in comparison to all of the other cupcakes you see on property. It seems to be their signature simplistic look, but let’s face it, of ALL the pretty desserts on property, why would these be the ones you opt for? They’d have to be pretty darn tasty I suppose and have a fabulous reputation but they look skimpy and remind me of olives or eyeballs lol. Maybe I’m spoiled by the stunning baked goods at Amorette’s. I’d like to see Molly do a cupcake sampling episode. Bring it on Molly!
