We may not be able to go to the parks and get our favorite coffee from Joffrey’s, but hakuna matata because we have a great way for you to DIY your favorite Joffrey’s drink at home!

Joffrey’s Handcrafted Smoothies

Joffreys has started sharing some of their recipes via Instagram that you can replicate at home — if only they’d share some of those donuts!

Joffrey’s S’mores Donut

You can mix up your own cold brew inspired by the Shakin’ Jamaican Cold Brew that Joffrey’s is calling the Jamaican Me Crazy Cold Brew. You’ll need a French Press and they recommend using their Jamaican Me Crazy flavored coffee.

Their recipe says to use cold water to brew the coffee in your French press. Make sure not to push the plunger down in the French Press quite yet! Cover the French Press with plastic wrap and place in the fridge for 14 to 24 hours. You can push the plunger down when you remove it from the fridge. Before drinking, combine one part of the cold brew with three parts water.

You can also whip up your own Iced Cappuccino/Latte. The first ingredient in this one is the Cold Brew from their first recipe — so make sure to do that before attempting this one. For this recipe you fill the glass with ice, then add two ounces of the Cold Brew concentrate from the first recipe. Then, fill the rest of the glass with milk and add the flavored syrup of your choosing.

Lastly you stir the cold caffeinated cappuccino and top it off with some whipped cream and cookie crumbles. We hope the flavored syrup we can find is as good as Joffrey’s! We can’t wait to see which recipe they share next and we would happily accept the donut recipe!
