Over the past couple of weeks we have noticed Disney is expanding Mobile Order options to include more resort locations.
This gives you one more option for ordering food in Disney, and maybe even skipping a line!
To use the Mobile Order service you will need to download the My Disney Experience app. Once you have done that you can scroll through the full list of park and resort locations that are offering the service.
In addition to many locations in the parks, you can place a Mobile Order at the following locations (list current at press time):
- All-Star Movies’ World Premiere Food Court
- All-Star Music’s Intermission Food Court
- All-Star Sports’ End Zone Food Court
- Animal Kingdom Lodge’s The Mara
- Caribbean Beach’s Centertown Market
- Caribbean Beach’s Spyglass Grill
- Contemporary’s Contempo Cafe
- Pop Century’s Everything POP
This means you can order your food from your phone while you are in your guest room, on the bus back to the resort, at the pool, or anywhere!
Once you arrive at the restaurant hit the “I’m Here, Prepare My Order” button and have a seat. When your food is ready, you will receive a notification from the app and pick up your meal at the area with the “Mobile Order Pick Up” sign.
A recent update to the Mobile Order system made it easier to navigate, and allergy friendly menus were added to the system. Guests can order from the standard menu or the Gluten/Wheat, Egg, Fish/Shellfish, Milk, Peanut/Tree Nut, and Soy Allergy-Friendly menus, if available at that location.
Have you used Mobile Order? Would you recommend it to others? Let us know in the comments!
