Ay Caramba! Guess Who Will Be at the D23 Expo This Year?

The Simpsons are coming to the D23 Expo! The Simpson family recently joined the Disney family as a result of Disney’s acquisition of 21st Century Fox.

The family behind the longest-running primetime scripted show in television history will share information on its upcoming season at a special panel on Saturday, August 24 at 10 a.m. in the D23 Expo Arena.

The Simpsons creator Matt Groening, Executive Producer Al Jean, Executive Producer Matt Selman, Supervising Director Mike B. Anderson, and stars Nancy Cartwright and Yeardley Smith will all be in attendance. Attendees can expect surprises, including an exclusive The Simpsons collectible item for everyone in attendance.

D23 Expo attendees, be sure to head to the convention floor where you’ll have the opportunity to get up close and personal with Bart, Lisa, and the rest of The Simpsons family. Some lucky attendees will get a chance to meet Matt Groening and the rest of the panelists during a one-hour autograph-signing session of an exclusive The Simpsons mini-poster right after the panel.

  1. This is BAD news. I realize that this show was part of the Fox purchase, but they are NOT Disney and I do not want to see anything about the Simpson’s as part of Disney. Disney please reconsider bringing them to D23. Simpsons you are NOT magical and not welcome in my Disney ‘world’. Stay away!!
