The Walt Disney World Marathon presented by Cigna is coming once again in January 2020, and Disney has just released the themes for next year’s races.
This year’s themes have a retro vibe, featuring classic Disney characters like Mickey, Goofy, and Oswald the Lucky Rabbit.
There’s Pluto as mascot for the 5K and this year Oswald shows up for the Walt Disney World 10K! (He was on the 5K medal last year.)
New this year, Minnie will join Mickey to co-host the 2020 Marathon! We love seeing our girl Minnie in even more leading roles.
Also, Goofy will be representing for BOTH the Goofy’s Race and Half Challenge and the runDisney kids races!
The 2020 Walt Disney World Marathon weekend will take place on January 8 – January 12. Limited spots are available for each race, so if you’re interested in running click here to register!
