This is by far our favorite counter service restaurant in all of Disney World. The food is great....not your standard fare. The French onion soup is wonderful. We have been there multiple times and were never disappointed.
Pros:
really good food; great atmosphere; faster than any other counterservice but has a table service feelingCons:

I would suggest getting a preferred room, putting you closer to the food court and bust stops. The food in the food court was your average Disney offerings, but a large selection. Budget hotels have the smallest rooms, but adequate.

Loved the dinners, burgers and build a salad. Absolutely the worst pizza we have ever eaten. Good selection of beverages. We stayed 6 nights and made good use of our rapid fill mugs.

We have purchased the Photopass since its creation. On our December trip we actually took over 100 pictures (many shots at same location). It is so worth the money. Disney also includes some "stock" pictures in your photopass. Great pics of the characters, parks, etc.
Pros:
You are able to have as many pictures taken as you woud like. The photographers use some really neat special effects.Cons:

If Mara had a better food selection I would have given this hotel a 10. The bus service was great (we expected longer rides). Our inexpensive room had a beautiful balcony overlooking a view of the animals.
Pros:
beautiful hotel; amazing view of the animalsCons:

I arranged this tour for our 19 and 21 year old sons, and they were full of praise for this one. It was just them and 2 tour guides, and they had a great time, they couldn't believe where all they got to go, and the trivia, and general fun the 2 guides brought to the experience.
This was given to them as an early Xmas present, they went on the 23rd...and they thought this was the best gift.....
We were very surprised that it was not a larger group participating, I don't think this one is advertised enough.

We were a party of 9 and were seated promptly as we had Advanced Resv. All of us were on the the Deluxe Plan and our server split the bills like a pro with no complaints. The food was amazing. Especially the appetizer Mussels. My wife and I are planning our next trip for 2017 and this place is on the top of our list. I can't stress enough the importance of making those Advanced Dinning Reservations 180 days out. It makes a huge difference as to how quickly your seated. Read some of the other reviews and waiting to be seated appeared to be the number 1 complaint. Seems like poor planning on their part. Ignore those negative reviews, make your resv. and be prepared for a terrific meal.

First time visit and we enjoyed the food. We started with Cassolette d'escargots de Bourgogne au beurre persille and Assiette Campagnarde. Both apps were spot on. As for the entrees my DW and DD had the Filet de boeuf grille, sauce au poivre vert Gratin Dauphinois et hericots verts. The steak was cooked a little too well, but overall both like their offerings. My DS opted for the Plat de Cote de boeuf au cabernet, polente, broccolini. The ribs were tender and flavorful. I ordered the Fruits de mer a la provencale which was good, but nothing special. What took this experience over the top was our server – Hakan. Very professional and personable young man. He was the best server we had during our 2 week stay in WDW.

CrowdedReview of Via Napoli Ristorante e Pizzeria

Let me preface this by saying Via Napoli has always been a favorite or ours when it comes to pizza. However, we were disappointed this time around. We ordered a Prosciutto e Melone Signature Pie and a Funghi Signature Pie. Both had crusts that were on the doughy side which is very reminiscent of their sister restaurant - Naples Ristorante e Pizzeria - in Disneyland. What happened to the thin, crusty pie? What made the experience worse was that the service was perfunctory at best.

We choose the preferred rooms and we were placed in the 70's, Very convenient to the bus stop, which is nice when your traveling with small children.
Food court is adequate with a limited selection. Open late which is really nice for a late night snack. Oh and they have energy drinks (my personal addiction)
We were there in Dec. and pool was cool not warm, but it was tolerable.
Bus rides were long and uncomfortable because of the crowds. Unfortunately able bodied men who could stand did not. I witnessed many women holding their small child having to stand on the bus. Sad...
The Arcade has two massage chairs that are wonderful. I highly recommend them.
The laundry machines were very efficient and worked great.
Hot Water! Apparently in an effort to conserve electricity the hot water is turned of nightly and not turned back on until around 7:30 AM. I like to get up early some days to beat the crowds to the Parks and cold showers feel awful.
Beds are small, full sized at best. So if your planning on two people per bed, well....good luck with that.
Overall it's a nice place and I'd recommend it to anyone who would like to save some money.
