This was our second visit to LeCellier. The first trip was amazing. This one was good but not nearly as good as the first. We started off with the soup and that was great. All seven of us ordered the filet. The steaks were ordered medium well. They came out very well done. The sides were amazing though. The mushroom risotto was awesome and my daughter loved the mashed potatoes. I don't know if we can justify the cost of returning on our next trip. There are so many wonderful places to eat in Epcot.
Pros:
Service, risotto, cheese soupCons:

We decided to give this place a try and most of us regretted it. The pizza was terrible. The crust was so tough that my daughter could barely chew it. Some of the pizzas looked like they had been in the oven way to long. The bottom and sides of the pizzas were black. I complained, but it did no good. The replacements didn't look much better so we kept what we had. The only upside was the salad. It was actually pretty good. I would not go out of my way to eat here again.

The kids were getting hungry and wanted burgers. This was the only place in sight. I cringed because I had read all the negative reviews. I was a little shocked that it was as good as it was. The food was hot and quite tasty. The portions are huge and my daughter and I split a burger and fries. The only negative was that it was a little hard to find a clean table while we were there. Otherwise, we would eat here again.

We ate here for the first time during our recent vacation. When people say it is loud, they are not kidding. It felt like we almost had to yell across the table to carry on a conversation. I can understand it because the place was packed and kids were excited to see the characters. The food was good. It was hot and fresh and there was a lot to choose from. We had some of the best service of our trip here so that was a bonus. If you are looking for a nice quiet breakfast, this is not the place. Otherwise, go and enjoy. It is worth it.

We ate here one evening during our stay at POR. The food was great. My husband had steak tips and my daughter and I shared the catfish. The other party had chicken strips for the kids and pork chops for the adults. We all enjoyed it. This was the only place that we ate that served sweet tea. Everyone in our large group appreciated that. The only negative was service. The place was not very busy at all and it was a chore getting our drinks refilled and even our check. I noticed this a lot since we had a large party and the 18% gratuity was already added to the check. If we stay here again, we will probably choose to eat here. I'm not sure we would go out of our way to do so if we stayed somewhere else.

We ate several sit down meals during our recent visit and this was the best meal we had the entire trip. There is a lot to choose from even for those that don't care for seafood. The food was hot and fresh. We didn't feel rushed and our waitress was fantastic. It will become a must do for our family in the future.
Pros:
Great food, lots of choicesCons:

Giving this an 8. Even with our reservations, we were stuck waiting on the bridge for 30 minutes. The restaurant IS beautiful. It is extremely noisy though. We were seated in the main ballroom, a party of six. This was my birthday dinner on Jan 16th. Our server was friendly, and seemed helpful. Based on the reviews, my husband and I eagerly ordered the french onion soup for appetizer. and were sorely disappointed. it was gross. It wasn't even beef broth, it was like watery chicken broth with onions in it. Thumbs down. MIL had the salad, which she said was good, and FIL had the mussels which he said were ok. Our entrees were brought out right after we got our appetizers. . .which was just bad timing and service. I had the pork chop, which I would rate as good, but not great. husband and FIL had the steak, which they also reported as ok, not outstanding. MIL had the cornish hen . .which was a bit dry. My kids would not eat anything on the kids menu. they do not eat meat (their own choice) and they do not like whole wheat pasta (most children don't. . .heck I don't!). while I understand they are trying to give kids healthy options. I think they went too far with with this restaurant. My kids sat at the table with nothing they would eat the whole meal, except the french fries they were given from the men's steak platters. But the server refused to bring some to the kids. . . so they sat there with cold whole wheat pasta in front of them. The room was so noisy you could hardly carry on a conversation. Then dessert. The strawberry cupcake was DELICIOUS. The rest (everyone got a different one) were all very mediocre and the passion fruit one was downright nasty. I did get some 'grey stuff' for my birthday though! It's just colored whipped cream, but it's pretty and a nice whimsical touch. Will not return there. It was not good enough for the hassle.

Birthday lunch here on Jan 16th. Declaration salad for appetizer, which was a standard salad. Husband had the fried cheese, which was fairly standard as well. I had the pot roast which was excellent. Husband had the burger, which he liked. kids had mac n cheese. I skipped dessert in favor of a dole whip. Service was ok, our server was friendly, but VERY slow. They brought me a birthday cupcake, which was sweet. . . although it was rather hard and not very tasty.

I loved this place. It was so nice to be able to get food with some spice to it. We were on the DDP, Husband had the kefta appetizer, which was pretty good. I had the bread service, which was good. . but felt it did not live up to the hype I'd read in the reviews. The onion kulcha was nearly black and tasted awful. The papadum was spicy and crisp and delicious though. I had duo of spicy durban chicken and lamb vindaloo with basmati rice. All were good, husband had the steak which he enjoyed. The kids were accommodated. MIL had the fish in curry broth which she liked. Our server was Tracy and she was great. I had the dessert trio and absolutely loved the tropical fruit kulfi.

I rated this place highly for breakfast, but our lunch a few days later was not nearly as good. Service was slower, and not as good. My steak was overcooked, and the replacement brought was undercooked and with so much gristle it was nearly inedible and had absolutely no seasoning at -all-. We had the sampler appetizer and the egg rolls were not very good at all, they went uneaten. The noise level in there for lunch was very, very loud. We ended up skipping dessert and leaving.
