My wife and I attempted to have dinner here 2 years ago, but our plans were derailed by a late flight and Florida traffic. So we tried again this year, on a whim. Great decision. Food is wonderful. Service was good as well - our server was on with her recommendations. Atmosphere is a little dark - no windows, but still a neat place. And - dare I say it - reasonable prices? For Disney, at least. Highly recommend!

The check-in lady was a bit surly - I felt like I was scolded a bit for showing up to check in too early - and they were running 15-20 minutes behind reservation times. Having been here before, I knew it would be worth it, and it was. Quality of the steaks here is off the charts, and the service was right there with it. Always a good choice.

having been lucky enough to visit Disneyworld many, many times, we are able to look for and enjoy some of the "extra" special offerings that are available.....I was particularly excited at the prospect of the HITSDA and it delivered on all levels...the week prior to our arrival I received a very detailed email outlining all and any information that we would need....presenting ourselves at The Wave we were welcomed by a great team of at least 5 cast members that were with us for the entire evening.....each stop we made at the three resorts there was a wonderful presentation of not only food & drink, but specific employees of that hotel that described some of their responsibilities... at The Poly we were serenaded by a cast member with music from his homeland, Hawaii....our final stop back at The Contemporary was to watch the fireworks...it was a private outdoor patio and it was quite chilly that evening.....we were immediately provided with big, warm blankets and more were searched out when we requested extras....a huge thank you and thumbs up to the entire team...what a great evening to remember..

Well, it's the only game in town, so if you want to ride any of the big attractions - Flights of Passage (which was amazing), Tower of Terror, Rock 'N Roller Coaster, Soarin', etc. then you need to get fastpasses for them. What I don't like is the impact it seems to have on wait times overall. Pirates of the Caribbean, for the first time in my experience, had wait times of 45-60 minutes. Since when does that happen? Similar for other less popular attractions. Hollywood Studios was a bit of a disaster. I love the two big rides there (mentioned above), but RRC broke down, so wait times for TOT were 90-120 minutes before 10am. Toy Story was also over 60 minutes. On a Wednesday in October. While waiting for my fastpasses to kick in, I literally had nothing to do. I don't think Disney is managing its wait times very well right now.

Loved this place! Staff here goes all out. A number of drinks come with their own little show upon delivery. The delivery of the Nautilus cocktail was our favorite. There were some other surprises as well. Only complaint is that we tried to go back again another night and couldn't get in. We understand why. So much fun.

Olivia's was one of my favorite Disney eateries, what happened? A friend of mine and I went there for lunch yesterday. Our appetizers, conch fritters and crab cake were good, although the dips they give you for the conch fritters amounted to about a teaspoon of each! Asked more, but our server ignored our request. My friend had the Scallops, which used to be good..they changed how they prepare and serve this, and it looks like slop! She got about 6 scallops about the size of a quarter, buried in a pile of polenta, with some other things. The polenta was inedible because it was loaded with salt. I ordered the Duval Street Burger. This used to be MY favorite! It was bone dry, after I ordered it medium, the roll, was not fresh as it was awfully dry. Not even edible. This used to be an 8 oz. burger on a beautiful FRESH roll! They cut the size down, but are still charging a high price for a hamburger. This seems to be a trend in Disney restaurants. They are serving smaller portions, but still charging the same, or in many cases MORE! IF you want a great burger go to Deluxe Burger in Disney Springs. But Olivia' is no longer worth your money or time.

A friend of mine and I had dinner here about three weeks ago. Our appetizers were fine. She ordered the halibut special and I ordered the swordfish steak special. Both were served on a bed of vegetables, which were good. The problem is the portions of fish were more like a snack! They were only about 4 bites big! This place is way too expensive for what you get. There are much better places that give you your money's worth and don't leave you hungry.

My husband, 2 year old niece and myself stayed at the CR November 5-7. We arrived at 11am and were surprised with a complimentary room upgrade to CL on the 12th floor (We originally paid for a tower room with a lake view). Our room wasn't quite ready, but were told to feel free to go on up to CL to start enjoying the wonderful selection of snacks and beverages.
We received a text at noon saying our room was ready, and we were thrilled with everything about it, from the size to the view and everything in between.
We enjoyed the Atrium Lounge many times throughout our stay, and especially liked the Happily Ever After fireworks view. It was so nice not having to fight the crowds...
The food was delicious. There were mini desserts, gummie bears, meats and cheeses, fresh fruit, pastries, beer and wine, cookies, homemade chips etc. The menu changed 4-5 times throughout the day.
My only complaint was housekeeping. Our room wasn't cleaned our second day until well after 4pm and we never received turn down service this night.
This was my second time staying at the CR and we have reservations to go back in June.

My husband, 2 year old niece and myself popped into Geyser Point for a snack on Sunday, November 5th at about noon. We each had a cocktail ( I had the Blueberry Lemonade with Vodka and my husband had the Whippersnapper Sour) and we shared the Cheesy Barbecue Brisket - with house-made chips. It was out of this world, delicious!!!! My niece had the Seasonal Fruit Plate - with lavender-honey yogurt, and ate every bite.
You honestly can't beat the location of this lounge, it's exceptional...And the food and drinks were wonderful!!!! I can't wait to go back in Match...
