We went just as they opened on a Saturday morning and had zero problems getting served quickly and finding a table, but I can see that the seating could be a problem during busier times. The burger was fabulous, though! Cooked perfectly, very tasty, and large enough that it could easily be split between 2 with an order of fries. The dipping sauces for the fries were also really good, especially the garlic ranch.

The food is VERY tasty, lots of unique flavor combinations in the bowls. The portions were generous. We had one chicken bowl, one beef bowl, and one fish bowl. All 3 were very good, and we each had a favorite. There is a good bit of lemon in the herb dressing, which I love, but could be too much for some. We also shared a blueberry cream cheese mousse after we saw someone else with one and were curious. It looks very strange, but is super fruity, light and refreshing. Definitely use the mobile ordering option, as we had almost finished our meals before some people had even gotten through the lines.
Pros:
Food, mobile ordering, lots of indoor seatingCons:

I decided to give the new Express Transportation between parks a try. Nice! I used it three different days and it proved to be a less stressful and more relaxing way of park hopping. I was given no information when I added the 7 day ticket to my magic band. I had read on line where to access the service. When I did report to the area, there were pamphlets with more information. I think that should have been passed out at Customer Relations. It costs $19 for 1 day and $29 for 7 days per person. I'll probably use the service again but for a family, it can add quite a bit to a Disney vacation. One bus I rode on had 11 passengers but the other two trips there were 3 and 5. I'll bet the buses will be more crowded when the summer crowds visit.

My husband brings our hs baseball team to WWS every year for Spring Training. As we are an inner-city hs, we are always on a budget crunch so having snacks and drinks that the kids can have in their room helps defray some costs. We order every year from Garden Grocer and find that the produce is always fresh, of good quality. Everything is delivered to the hotel concierge and is frequently waiting for them when they get there. The only downfall is we are subject to the prices available. I am a big couponer, so having to pay higher prices is frustrating to me, but still an overall great value.

We are AP so we frequent Disney at least 4 or 5 times a year. Our 8 lb, 6 yr old Shitzhu comes with us (we drive from NJ). As AP we get discounts on her stay, but if you stay on property you get a discount too. Their times of business are pretty flexible and they treat Abbey with top care! We often get pics of her when we are on vacation. She is given lots of love by the staff. They even sent us an email yesterday for our trip in 10 days, letting us know about a recent outbreak of canine flu and what we can do to prevent it before our stay.

My son, daughter, wife and I had dinner here on May 13th 2017. It was one of the best dinners any of us have had in a LONG time. The food was wonderful, the service was amazing (never had a glass get more than half empty, I think each table has a dedicated staff). It's now been over a month since then and we still are talking about the dessert Bacio al Cioccolato! We all had different meals and all absolutely loved it. I had the Zuppa Cinque Terre as I wanted something totally different, and was not disappointing. This was the only place we ate that all of us agreed we would do it again next time.

My son, daughter, wife and myself visited the Coral Reef in mid May 2017. We had reservations and were seated promptly. Three of us ordered the Mahi Mahi while my daughter ordered the salmon. My wife's came out barely cooked...basically raw. Mine and my son's were cooked but barely warm. My daughter didn't realize till having eaten half of it that part of hers was WAY undercooked as well. They did redo my wife's meal, and did give us two gold fast passes to make up for it, but still I expected better food. The desserts (chocolate wave and Baileys and Jack Daniels mousse) were very good though. I would not go back.

We went here for breakfast as a party of nine on 6/10/17. I don't know what happened to this place, but the food was nothing like the other reviewers experience. The pastry tray consisted of a plate with four store-bought pastries, and this was for 9 people! I ordered the vegetable quiche and it arrived on a plate, not as a pie. It was incredibly bland, no taste whatsoever. It came with a slice of what I think was fried bread, but it just tasted like oil. The people who had the Croissant Doughnut said it was so sweet and tough they couldn't finish it. They must have been joking when they named the Feast a la Gaston. Extremely small portions and the sausages were uneatable. This is what happens when a place becomes popular and they let the food quality slide. Everyone went away hungry after spending $30.

About Avatar Flight of Passage: my adult son weighs nearly 300 pounds and carries his weight in his torso due to medication weight gain. The cast member assisting us was unable to lock him into the ride vehicle during passholder preview. He was forced to leave and it was a very frustrating and embarrassing experience for him. There are no other rides at WDW that he has an issue with.

I haw here for dinner June 7, 2017.
We shared starters of Arancini - so creamy delicious and Gamberi con fagioli - one of the best things i have ever tasted! My entree was the Saltimbocca so tender and prepared perfectly , the marsala sauce was the best I have ever had. I also tasted my husband's pollo fra diavolo. The chicken was juicy and flavorful. my daughter had the Spaghetti al frutti di mare in the spicy red sauce and the seafood was perfect. Everything was prepared perfectly nothing was overcooked (or undercooked) I loved this meal!
I also want to complement the service. Our waiter was helpful, made excellent recommendations, and was always available when we wanted something but not overbearing. He checked on us without interrupting us -so helpful and knowledgeable about the menu without being pretentious. I am going back!
