We have stayed at this resort hotel on previous visits, and have never been disappointed, and again had a good experience. We were here during spring break, and of course it was very busy. We had completed online check in, and it was so nice to just go directly to our room when we arrived. Our room looked as though it had been recently refurbished, and was very clean. We called for extra blankets and received them in a matter of minutes. We were frequently asked by cast members if we needed anything, and were always greeted by smiles and hellos. We never waited long for a bus, and they came frequently at this very busy time of year. We prefer the queue line used here for boarding busses as opposed to the frequent bus stops and chaos of some of the other resorts. The food court was always busy but was well staffed and there was always a place to sit. The food choices are not always very healthy and we eat here rarely as the food not always the best. Breakfast was good and plentiful. The pools were never crowded, and very refreshing. We encountered a lot of noise from various youth groups that were staying here, that is to be expected at the value resorts and varies of course if they are located near your room. We feel that saving money to stay here and then visiting other resorts is the best way to save money to use on food and other experiences. We will definitely stay here again!

We stayed in a Royal Room from March 23rd - 26th. The room theme was lovely. My daughter loved it! The location was quiet and just a walk across the bridge was the pool and food court. Our maid service could have been better. When we checked in, there was a dirty sock left on the air conditioner. No bags in the trash cans. There was a Mickey head made from towels on the bed. We must have had a different mousekeeper the 2nd day. Our end bed covers were made into a decorative twist. Our bath mat and towels were made into a seashell. There were bags in the cans. The next day, back to how it was when we arrived. We usually stay at a Value resort, but fell in love with Port Orleans. It was quiet and felt relaxing, even though it was a busy week. We used the food court at off times and never had a problem. Food and service was great. As much as we like the Values, we have found a new Disney home!

Have stayed at All Star Music many times over many years and enjoyed it greatly. One of the highlights of our visits has been the breakfast omlets. We bought them every time. However this April 2017, they are no longer available. If that continues to be the case, we will not stay at the All Star Music Resort again. However, all is not lost, the omlets are available at the All Star Sports Resort. We ate our breakfast there by taking a short walk across the parking lot. If the omlets are available next year at the All Star Sports Resort, we will be staying there.
Pros:
Great omlets, but no longer sold at All Star MusicCons:

This March was the second time I stayed at POR and it is now my favorite moderate. The rooms were really nice and didn't look worn out like other resorts. Love the whole theme and the grounds were beautiful.
Didn't spend much time at the food court(only to grab snacks) but did notice it was quite crowded at times.
The worst part of this resort is the buses! Horribly crowded!!! Never really waited long but we used the East Depot which was the 3rd stop and I was lucky to get a seat! By time it made it's way to the South Depot it was PACKED and could not handle everyone waiting at South Depot. If we ever go back to POR we will NEVER use the South Depot and will always make sure to put that on our list for room locations! No matter the time of day the South Depot was crazy packed with people waiting for buses! Love the resort but they need to fix the bus problem.
Pros:
beautiful grounds, friendly staff, boat to Disney SpringsCons:

This is the 1st we've eaten here since they switched to a Tex-Mex menu. My DS 14 & I each got nachos, DD 12 got macaroni & cheese. I liked that the nachos had both shredded & melted cheese (plastic cheese!). The beef had a good flavor but wasn't by too spicy. The restaurant offers a very large toppings bar that offers everything you would need to "fully load" your nacho. However, that doesn't mean everything will be available. I had to visit each station before I found a scoop of guacamole. It would be hard for even the best trained wait staff to stay on top of popular items like guacamole when people would fill the paper boats with it! It's almost like they didn't know other people were eating there. The macaroni is the basic cheesy kind offered at most Disney restaurants which my DD loves. There is pleanty of seating in the restaurant. I would recommend grabbing a table in a side dining room. It's quite & we found an outlet to charge phones right next to our table. It's a nice change from burgers & nuggets but don't expect fine Mexican food.

This was our first time to ever have breakfast in a park. We ended up being a little late due to transportation issues. However, we didn't lose our reservation and we didn't order before hand so we got to wait in line. My DS had Gaston's feast. I had the Croque Madame and my DD had the crossiant doughnut. I was really wanting to love this breakfast. We have eaten here for lunch & dinner, both of which were great experiences. This food was just not that good. Gaston's Feast was just your basic breakfast and had plenty of food but nothing special. The Corque Madame sounded wonderful & I have had them before but the ham & bread was tough. The sauce was delicious and went a l long way to saving this meal. The crossiant doughnut was not impressive. It too was tough! The crossiant doughnut was almost too sweet for my DD. The wait staff was fabulous! He brought our food right out and showed me where to get our drink.
I really felt like the food was not the quality I expected. I still would eat here for lunch or dinner but I won't rush back for breakfast. I'd rather pay a little more and eat at a character buffet. All that said, BOG is the best restaurant in MK and if all you can get is breakfast take it! The West Wing is worth it!

Our family of 4 ate here on 3/28. We did have reservations for 8 pm. Our waitress was Kim and she was friendly and knowledgeable. She didn't rush us even though the restaurant was pretty busy. This is a Landry's restaurant so if your a member you can take advantage of those perks.
We started with the lettuce cups which had good flavor. Even our DD 12 tried them and liked it. The appetizers were too "weird " for our 14 y.o son. I ordered the pink yeti drink which was not too sweet & not too sour. I really enjoyed that!
I ordered a special menu item Sirracha spiced fish tacos. It was a battered and fried cod tossed in Sirracha sauce served with a slaw on the tacos and a side of rice. Kim said they weren't that spicy and that was the only thing she did wrong all night. They weren't overly spicy but I felt like it needed more of the mayo to off set the spice. The tortillas were flavorless and the slaw was nothing great. DH had the Korean beef and he really liked it. My son of course had a hamburger which is a thick patty with good flavor or has much flavor has he needs. DD ordered the kids burger which was tiny! It was the smallest kids burger we've every had anywhere! She was pretty disappointed. I'm glad we went and if we should go back in future I'd probably just share a Sweet & Sour chicken with my DD. I would still recommend Rainforest Cafe over Yak & Yeti if your traveling with picky eaters.

Our party of 3 ate here for lunch on 3/30. It was a very busy day at MK and our breakfast didn't last as long as I thought. My kids were hungry by noon and we happened to be right by the Plaza. I have long wanted to try this place and remembered that you didn't need ressies. So I walked up to the check in and she said we'd be seated in about 20 minutes. Soon after we arrived though they stopped taking walk ups.
My DD (12) & I each ordered the Fried Green Tomato sandwich with cheddar (instead of pepper jack). My DS 14 opted for the cheese fries "hold all the vegetables"! The sandwiches were delicious! My DD ate every bite! I had my sandwich with the potato chips which were fresh and crispy. The Cheese fries had plastic cheese which is wonderful! My kids are crazy and didn't want anymore ice cream? So I can't speak to the shakes but they looked great. I would highly recommend this restaurant for lunch. It's a great break from the park with good food. It is a much smaller place than I expected, so it may get full on a busy day

Recently stayed for six nights and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. Our party included two teenage boys (our son and his friend), my husband and myself. This was our first time at CBR, and I'm sure we will stay here again in the future. Got our top requests--ground floor and close to transportation. We stayed in Barbados and it was lovely.
Our room was clean and mousekeeping freshened up our towels and toiletries daily. Our teenagers really enjoyed the pools and my husband and I spent more time relaxing at this resort than we have during any other visit to WDW. We enjoyed a few afternoons or early evenings taking a break from the parks and having a drink or two at Banana Cabana. The bartenders were friendly and we enjoyed talking with several of them over the course of our stay.
I'm glad the food court will be updated and I'll be pleased to see the results after the remodeling. We had no real complaints and enjoyed most of the food. The best items are the breakfast bounty platter, the muffaletta sandwich, the mahi sandwich, and the burger. The Grill section seemed to always be the most popular with a fairly long line depending on the time of day. We tried to eat at off times to avoid crowds. The lemon and lime infused water near the concierge desk before you enter the food court was a nice, refreshing touch. We did not dine at Shutters, but want to try it in the future after the remodeling is complete. One nice touch of personal service included being given an entire new mug at no charge when my son accidentally dumped his lid in the trash. We did not expect to be given an entirely new mug at all. We thought we'd get a complimentary replacement lid or something. That's the kind of great Disney service that I love. Pleasant surprise.
I see a number of complaints about waiting for buses, but we didn't mind so much. It is a larger resort so we accepted the fact that we may have to wait a bit occasionally. It's all part of the experience. I was expecting worse service than we actually experienced, but maybe I'm just not as picky about that as other reviewers are. I was actually surprised at how quiet this large resort was, which was really nice.
All in all, I would highly recommend staying at CBR. Beautiful scenery, relaxing atmosphere, friendly staff, fun for all ages. Thanks, WDW, for another wonderful memory-making family trip experience.

We dined here on April 4, 2017. This was my 3rd time eating at the Biergarten, my husband's 2nd, and our son and his friend's first experience. We had the QS dining plan, so we paid out-of-pocket for this meal, which was $46/person if I'm remembering correctly.
We had a great table close to the dance floor and had a wonderful waitress. The potato leek soup was a hit with our whole party as was the best macaroni and cheese I've ever tasted. I also enjoyed the salmon and the potato dumplings. The desserts, for those of us who saved room, were delicious. The schnitzel was a little overdone this time, but all in all it was a great meal.
