Review of Blaze Fast-Fire'd Pizza

The pizzas here are built in a style similar to a subway. You choose your crust, your sauce, cheeses and toppings. We were able to add as many toppings as we wanted and if we wanted a bit more of something, they were happy to accommodate.
The pizza comes to you quickly and we thought it was very tasty. They also have a good variety of fountain drinks to choose from including several really tasty lemonade varieties. (and they didn't mind you going back for refills)
Seating is a long communal tables for the most part, so you may end up siting next to people you don't know, and it can be very crowded.

Pros:

Customize your own!

Cons:

Review of 'Ohana Dinner

We have eaten at O'hana many times over the years.
When we went last month, there was something missing from the experience. We had to wait almost 45 minutes after our reservation time for our table, which is not the end of the world, but we were so hungry!
I miss the days when the server team would come together and introduce themselves to you together. This time we felt like people were just dropping food off at our table on their way to somewhere else, and only saw one person more than once. (I'm guessing she was our main server?)
The food was good, although the beef was really bland. I love the pot stickers, and they did give me a little container to take some back to the room with me. They were very tasty for breakfast the next day!

Pros:

Fun atmosphere

Cons:

loud

Although we have been to Epcot many times, this was our first time eating at Les Chefs de France.
Our server was very friendly and helpful and our meal was delicious. My husband ordered the lobster bisque, and probably would have licked the bowl if I would have let him.
My steak was cooked just how I like it and I got to have meringue for desert, which is always a winner for me!
There are plenty of choices even for a more finicky eater.

Food, service

My Husband and I shared the pork dish which was well seasoned and we enjoyed it. The menu is over all a little strange, but if you don't mind being a little adventurous, then this may be the place for you!
The bread they serve as a starter is not for everyone. It has some exotic spices and comes with fennel-honey dipping sauce. I thought the whole thing tasted like potpourri, but my husband enjoyed it.
Our server was fine, tried a few jokes on us and made good recommendations.

Pros:

great theme

strange food

While we have never eaten a meal here, we love to stop in and bowl when we are at Disney Springs and order the French Fries. They come with this amazing sour cream and chive dipping sauce that is just divine. The fries are perfectly crispy and paired with that dipping sauce are worth the trip!

The French Fries

I love the new layout of the ordering space and that they will bring your food to the table for you.
We ate here a few times on our last trip and really enjoyed it.
The seating area both inside and outside is a little small, and can be very crowded at peak times.
Their house made chips are tasty!

Pros:

new layout, food

Cons:

smaller seating area

Review of Disney Dining Plan

When our trip plans do not allow for a lot of table service meals, I tend to get the quick service dining plan. However in March we wanted to take things a little slower and do some sit down meals.
I don't do the dining plan to save money. I use it because I hate paying out of pocket at the point of service for food on vacation. I want to relax and enjoy rather than talk myself out of something that I might enjoy.
My husband and I often share meals, so we are usually able to try more places and enjoy different foods.
I really liked that we had 2 snacks per person and no desert with the quick service meal. We used snack credits to try some treats at the flower and garden festival kiosks.

Pros:

convenient

Our Harry is our only (cat) boy and as non-parents to people children, I'm a fusspot when it comes to pet kennels. I was SO anxious the first time he stayed and I shouldn't have bothered worrying at all. Harry was fine, they sent a lovely picture of him, and I called to check on him. They are SO incredibly helpful, especially Barbara, and I have zero negative comments. Harry has stayed twice now and he's just fine. I call once a day to ck on him and they call, of course, if there's a problem (there hasn't been any problems either). They will let you know if he is hiding, playing , eating, using his cat box, etc. You can get special treats for your pet including special play time, treat, and extra photos.

Pros:

Super pet (and people) friendly staff!

Cons:

None!

Review of 50's Prime Time Cafe Lunch/Dinner

Let me begin with this was our third time returning to Disney and we have eaten at many sit-downs in the past and this is the only one we have returned to (not that we didn't love others).

Here's why. The food is a bit pricey, though for a sit-down at Disney that is entertaining, it is reasonable. I will discuss the food and then entertainment.

The kids all had fried Chicken. It is very good. The mashed potatoes are wonderful too, I kept eating my son's. The corn tasted frozen and cooked, not terribly sweet; not bad, but nothing special. My husband had the meatloaf which was also really good and I had the fish of the day which was Salmon. It was really good as well, it came with a sweet potato side dish of sorts. It was ok even though I'm not a fan of sweet potatoes. I preferred my son's mashed potatoes though. We also ordered a chocolate, strawberry and peanut butter and jelly shake. It's not what you would expect. It tastes more like peanut butter than jelly; I was hesitant, but it turned out to be my favorite. They were all good and we each favored a different one, so I don't think you can go wrong with a shake, though they were a bit on the runny side, if you are a fan of thick shakes.

Now for the entertainment. Our waiter was Tim, who we happened to have 6 years ago when we came. Last time he convinced our son that he was really his cousin. This time he embarrassed the heck out of our 16-year-old daughter. I have not laughed that hard in a very long time. Not only did he tease her about looking at boys at other tables (making both my daughter and the boy go BEAT red) but he also fed her the vegetables that she didn't finish. I was laughing so hard I started to cry and he quickly said, "Look, you are making your mother cry because you won't eat your vegetables." I could say so much more about what funny things he did. I think the waiters are really good at finding people who are easy to tease. Not every table around us had waiters who were teasing their guests to tears, but my daughter is an easy target and he went to town on her. Anyway, I had my favorite memory from our vacation at this restaurant.

Pros:

FUN

Cons:

Pricey

Our family of 5 ate here for lunch and while it was pricey, it was actually pretty cheap compared to most places we ate at Disney, especially as the quality was high and the menu was unique. Not sure why it was in Africa, though. It seemed more Indian/Greek flavors to our family.

My husband and Norwegian daughter had the Tikka Masala Chicken. I had a taste and it was really good. Tasted like Indian food. I had the gyro which I really enjoyed, meat to bread ratio was great. My daughter had the chicken skewer and she said it was tasty and my son had the sausage which is like a very large corn dog. He said it was good, but he would have rather had it without the corn layer. He said there was a slight bit of a curry flavor to the corn breading.

Those of us who are more adventurous really liked the bean salad. It was had different seasonings to it, but tasted really nice together. The slaw was like Sauerkraut with stringed cabbage and carrots. If you like Sauerkraut, you would probably like the slaw.

Pros:

Different, tasty

Cons:

Pricy
