Another stay at Pop: early arrival room-top floor-
90's building-all requests fulfilled. I like the refurbished rooms. Great utilization of space.
My room had a shower only, no bath tub, which I didn't know existed. Not a problem for me but someone might mind not having tub. Nice selection in the food court at the grab and go area.
Magical Express service can't be beat.

Best buffet on Disney Property. There is food for everyone to enjoy. I am a vegan and the chef took me around and showed me every thing that I can eat. He asked me if the food on the buffet suffices, otherwise he would cook me something up. There was tons of food for me and for the others in my party. We were celebrating our 21st wedding anniversary and since I was vegan they gave us a little bottle of Champagne. We always eat here when we visit Disney. BEST FOOD ON PROPERTY.

My husband and I had breakfast reservations at Olivia's on March 22nd. We were seated outside as requested as soon as we arrived. The food and service was excellent as always, as you can see from my past reviews, which are abundant...We have reservations here AGAIN on July 6th, and it can't come soon enough...

Stayed 5 nights in early Feb 2017
We would definitely return!!!!!!!!!!!
Good: Location, of course. Was there with DH and DS/DD both 10. WE loved the quick trip over to both EP and HS. We really liked the unique feel to the resort - not like a typical 'resort'. All of the amenities were there but in a unique turn of the century boardwalk style (when there were hotels and not resorts on the NJ boardwalks). The size was a big appeal - not too big. Many people complained that there was no QS inside the resort - I beg to differ. With the small resort size, walking out to the boardwalk for breakfast at the Bakery was actually quicker than heading to the QS in most of the large resorts. Since we had the dining plan, we ended up not enjoying the restaurants at BW but did love the daily dose of ice cream.
We have stayed at several Disney resorts at all levels and this is tied with BC for us for the top choice.
Due to some issues, we were upgraded to the Concierge level. Great part was the amount of food but with the DP as well, it was wasted on us. OTherwise the rooms were the same as regular rooms so would not be worth the upgrade cost normally, for us.
Bad: There were some cleaning issues - our room had to be changed 1st time because it smelled awful. Then 2 more times because the rooms were filthy. Keep in mind that we dont typically complain at hotels and never look for upgrades. But this was bad. I asked for cleaning supplies the 2nd room so i could clean myself and just be done with it. They insisted on moving us, again, with upgrade. House keeping manager found us to apologize as she checked and those rooms were indeed disgusting. Additionally. the carpets were so worn in 3 of the 4 rooms - odd as i thought they had just refurbished every room.
So in all, there were issues but they were addressed for us with speed and courtesy.

First time on a recent trip and will definitely be back.
Service - excellent in all respects and you encounter many servers with this style of service.
Food - quantity and quality were great. Couldn't even touch dessert!
Atmosphere - it was loud. IT was not an issue. We were super tired though and didn't appreciate the atmosphere as much as we usually would. I think this is a fun place for bigger kids and larger groups too
Pros:
Delicious food and lots of it!Cons:

Had dinner here with DH and DS/DD both 10 on Valentine's day.
Reviews weren't getting me too excited by we loved it.
Service: Manager sat us at lousy table next to a drink service so that we could be next to the water. She was annoyed when we asked for dif table as she could only offer one close to the water in a better location. Well it was close enough and perfect! We said a big thank you.
Waitress was perfection - on a night she likely would have preferred to be with her family.
Food and drink: Great margaritas:). I had the Lomo con percos - excellent. Husband had the combo and it was very good too. The kids whimped out and got chicken fingers
Atmosphere - different and fun.
I would definitely return.

Lunch -
Food - My husband and I enjoyed the variety and liked everything we tried. The kids were cranky (2 10 y/os) and they liked almost nothing.
Setting was great.
Characters were very accessible - we were there very slow time of year.
Only disappointment is that there are no photographers at the character meals to take advantage of the photopass we spent a good $$ for.
I think we would try this for breakfast as i suspect there is a lot to choose from or when the kids are a bit older for lunch again.

While we enjoyed this, it is a one and done for us.
We were seated quickly - as we were at all our TS meals since it was a slow time of year.
We were in the ball room which is the least exciting of the rooms but it was still cool.
Service was excellent - very attentive.
The kids meals were excellent. One kid even got a steak that was cooked very well. Go figure. I had the braised pork - very good but too salty. Husband had the catch of the day and said it was ok but also salty.
So while we did enjoy this experience and recommend it to do once, we would choose to try something else next time.

I was surprised to like this considering the reviews.
The atmosphere was FUN. the kids didnt feel forced to sit and eat. A table close by of several teenagers were getting assigned chores over and over and my kids thought it was hilarious - the teens seemed to get a kick out of it too.
Food - Kids meals were standard. I had the pot pie and ate every bite. Then insisted on drinking an entire milkshake because it was so good. Good thing I had time to walk it all off. Husband had crab cakes as a meal - the sides with it were really good, he said.
I would do this again for a low key lunch with the kids again.
Pros:
Fun. So much food. TastyCons:

I was surprised how quiet and relaxing this place was, for a character experience.
Food: the cinnamon buns - Nailed it! Even my kid who suffers from dysthymia and likes pretty much no food or experiences, still talks about this food. I thought the other food was just ok. Juice was yummy though!
Service - Fantastic
Atmosphere and characters: chill and lots of character interaction.
Price was way too high for the quality of food.
Enjoyed it but it is a one and done for us!
