Unless you absolutely have to have beignets, skip it. No different from other food courts.

My husband and I popped in for some adult beverages the afternoon of March 21st (The Hangar Bar has become a "must do" every time we visit Disney).
We sat outside on the back patio. The weather was gorgeous, the drinks refreshing and the tuna tacos as yummy as ever. I can't wait to come back in June and July!!!

My husband and I had reservations at Sanaa on March 21st at 6:40 pm. We checked in and were given the buzzer thing. We literally stepped outside to look at some zebras that had gathered close by, and our buzzer went off, indicating that our table was ready.
We just wanted to try the naan bread with dipping sauces. Well, let me tell you...it was EXCELLENT!!!! And, at $15., it's a steal, and very filling. We also enjoyed a few alcoholic beverages, and they didn't disappoint either! I cannot wait to come here again!

We stayed in a one bedroom villa the beginning of March. The room had a savanna view. The villas here are smaller than the one bedroom villas at Kidani Village, but the room was fine for just the two of us. The refurbishment here was not as modernized as in some other villas. Sheer curtains were plain and the animal motif was gone. Animal print carpet was replaced with plain carpet. But the lighter paint on the walls really brightened it up and the African decorations are still there. Bed was very comfortable. Love the duvet instead of a full spread. Cast members all friendly and helpful.

Had a great meal here the beginning of March. Loved the Naan Bread Service. Also had the fish of the day which was so good. Can't wait to eat here again.

In all of our many trips to WDW we had never dined here before. We totally enjoyed the meal. Food and service were impeccable. We both totally enjoyed our entrees of pan seared black cod and the black sea bass with potato "scales." We were just finishing our desserts at 9 and could see the fire works both from the windows and the row of mirrors on the back wall. Beautiful dinner and a beautiful way to end the evening.

We stayed at AK club level 3/9 - 3/13/17 and were very disappointed this time. The club level staff ignored us in the lounge. At check in we asked for a quiet room and were told we would be away from the elevator as requested. When we got to our room that was not the case, the room was right off the elevator corridor. The next morning after not sleeping very well due to elevator noise, staircase noise and a service room above our room we voiced our complaint. Sue said she would let management know. Later that day she got us a credit for one night which was very nice. But, besides Sue, the attitude of the staff was not what we are used to at Disney. We will not stay club level there anymore.

We stayed for a week, the first week of March 2017. We loved it!! I only have one complaint: the bed was not very confortable. I don't know if they havent been updated in a while or what, but both beds were hard.
The food court was good. We were pleased with the options, and we had family from age 1 to age 50. We stayed in building 1 which was a short walk to the food court, pool, bus stop, pretty much everything. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and kept very clean. There are benches along the river to sit and relax and watch the boats go by. Good spots to have your morning coffee!
The pool is very nice. The kids loved the water slide. it would have been better if the pool stayed open later though. There IS only one hot tub at this resort, they should add another as it got to be a bit busy and crowded at the hot tub sometimes. The pool bar closed rather early as well, like 6pm. Maybe that was a seasonal thing.
Bus service everywhere was fine. We only had one morning where we waited 20+ minutes for a bus, most waits were less than 10 minutes.
Riverside is a short 10 minute walk up the river. If you stay here or at Riverside I recommend the carriage ride (it departs from Riverside). It gave us a nice tour of the resort.
I am certain we will stay here again in the future. The only reason i didnt rate it a 10 is because of the bed.

My niece asked me to attend a beer tapping with her at Big River and it was fun! I had wine but she had the featured stout served with a tiramisu
dessert and the cost of her duo was $3! A Disney World bargain!!! There was a good turnout for the new beer. It was a fun atmosphere.
