I used the web site to make fast pass+ res before arrival. Making them was no problem, but sometimes when I would check them another day, I would get a message saying it couldn't locate them, but they were on the phone app. When I went back to the web site again, they were there. I changed some fast pass+ res while in the park. Using the phone app. to change only the experience or time is easy, but I don't know if you can change both if no experiences are available for the exact time. Is there a way to see ahead of time what times are available for something, before you decide to change it. I also like being able to check wait times when I am home with the phone app, just to see what the wait times are in Disney World.

We had dinner here on March 16th to celebrate my DD's 16th bday. It was an amazing meal in an amazing place. We arrived 20 mins before our 6:20pm adr and waited 5 mins after check in to be seated. We were seated in the Rose Gallery at a table that faced the twirling statues of Belle and the Beast. The restaurant was quieter than expected since the park was so crowded. I think using all three dining rooms helped to spread out the crowds. Our server was great and was totally into the Beauty and the Beast theme. Talking about Mrs. Potts in the kitchen and Lumiere heating the rolls. We had fun with that. We had two french onion soups which were great. Flavorful, but not too salty. We had the strip steak, the pork chop and the braised pork which were all cooked to perfection. For dessert, I had ordered a bday cake in the B&B theme. It was amazing and our server brought it out with a candle and a card from Belle and the Beast. It was a perfect place to celebrate a 16th bday. After dinner we walked thru the ballroom and the west wing. The details in each room are quite something. We then took pictures with the Beast. This was quite the Disney experience. It was definitely worth my waking up at 2am to make reservations online. Loved it!!

Received customized wristband in the mail. I was able to link my park ticket with no problem. I also
made purchases easily. I like that you can wear in it the pool and not have to leave your room key
near a chair.

I stayed here 2/23-3/2. Stayed in the 70's building, top floor. I did on-line check in. When I arrived about noon, I was given my welcome packet. The room was ready by 1 pm. I didn't hear the plumbing as loudly as previous posts have said previously. Maybe because of the location of the room (there was a hall way next to it) and it was on the top floor? The longest I waited for a bus was 16min for extra magic hour to DHS. For MK, a couple of buses came at once. I didn't leave MK right after the fire works, but at Epcot after Illuminations, they sent buses one after the other. I also took the Art of Animation bus once because it was already there. It is an 8-10 min walk from the main building for AoA resort to the main building of Pop century. I ate breakfast here twice. At 7.30, was not crowded, by 8:00 it was. Mickey waffles are only on a kids meal, but I ordered them anyway. It was relaxing walking and sitting by the lake.

I ate here twice. Once I had the pork and once I had the quiche. Both were good. I didn't finish the pork. The ballroom was beautiful. I also liked eating in the west wing. To see the picture change, you have to look quickly when the thunder is louder and the rose petal falls. By 10:15, the line was already at the end of the bridge. I didn't have a fast pass, I got there at 10:00.

Dined here for dinner after the fireworks 3-24. The food was good, large portions.
The only downfall to dining so late was the salad and sandwich station was closed at the start, by the end of our dining the chicken station was also closed. This leaves few options.

DD 10 and I shared the braised pork and beef sandwich meals. There is too much meat with the braised pork. Could have ordered the kids portion, size was pretty good even for an adult.

DD 10 ordered the adult portion of the mongolian beef, told it would be 5-8 minute wait, as it had to be prepared fresh. Ended up waiting 15 min. The rest of our party was pretty much done eating before wa arrived at the table.
Meal was large, and could have easily been shared. Dined here 3-23.

Had the pancakes and bacon with a side of sausage. The portion was large enough to feed myself and DD 10. Since we had refillabel mugs, this was great. Breakfast only cost $8.00 for two of us!

The food was good as usual, but was upset the order was wrong, my daughter has a food intolerance, and I asked for no cheese on my burger, it had to be re-made because the original had cheese. Service was slow, 5 orders were served in the line next to us before one order came out of our line.
