We had a 5:00 ADR and it was perfect. We checked in just as the restaurant was opening and they must seat the guests at a rate of one table per server and then start around again because we were our server's only table for the first 15 or so minutes of the meal. It was great to have such spot on service.
The buffet was very good. I especially liked the salads and soups. We mostly stuck to the seafood offerings, but there also plenty of things for a non-seafood lover. Everything was very good. We will be back.

We had lunch here in early November. The food was pretty good. Nothing spectacular, but decent. I had the nachos and they were good - I could only eat about half because it is a large portion. DH had tacos and he enjoyed them. We really liked the Churros with caramel sauce for desert. We were lucky to get a table right on the railing by the water, so it was a really nice setting for lunch.

We went to the first party in early November and really enjoyed it. This was our first Christmas Party. We arrived right at 4:00 and had some FPP to use between 4 and 7. We had dinner at Pecos Bill's about 5:00 and were ready for party events right at 7. We spent lots of the night standing in lines, but we got some great pictures. We met Minnie Mouse in her Christmas dress, Scrooge McDuck, and the Dwarves along with a ride of the 7DMT. The castle was beautiful, the special fireworks were great and the snow was mesmerizing. We really enjoyed the party and will most likely go again next year.

After a disappointing meal at Shula's, we were so happy to have a fantastic experience at Yachtsman. We started off with a cheese board appetizer and lobster bisque...both were delicious. We then moved on to our perfectly cooked filet mignon meals--perfection. They serve the best onion rolls on the planet. Great service, best meal during our vacation. Will be back!

We went to Shula's for our 20th anniversary and were very disappointed. The steaks were bland and just lukewarm. The best part about the meal was the bread...but for $350 we should have the best steaks we have ever eaten. The baked potato they show on the cart was huge, but ours was about 1/2 of that size. We were the best dressed people there (we wore slacks, collared shirts, dress) as everyone, and I mean everyone, wore shorts, tennis shoes, and t-shirts. Not one business casual group in the bunch. We saw mickey ears, yoga pants, and lots of baseball caps.

We've been coming to Teppan Edo for years, and I have to say, this was our worst visit. First of all, they changed the noodles. Now they use what seems to be a gluten-free skinny noodle that is awful. They changed the rice...from white rice to a rice with beef. Then they changed the veggies by adding cabbage! This time our filets tasted old (liver-y), even though it was the week between Christmas and New Years and the turnover was extreme--no need for old steaks. I've always given this restaurant a 10...but no more.

We have eaten dinner at the Kona Cafe twice between 2005-2014 so we decided to try lunch here on the 17th of November. Oh My Gosh, we really regretted it. We will NOT be returning to the Kona Cafe EVER again.
For lunch they don't serve the bread with hazelnut butter...at least we didn't get one. Then when our lunch (eventually) came they brought the wrong item. I ordered the hamburger w/ bacon instead of shrimp, but they brought the hamburger w/ shrimp which did taste good.
Then, there was dessert... :shudders:. We both had the apple tart. It looked soo good and had my mom order it too. It tasted like it was 2-3 months old. It was hard as a rock...okay we were able to break it but it was so horrible. Even the ice cream tasted bad. ICE CREAM!!!
So we just paid and left. The waiter took forever w/ our food. So we are NEVER EVER EVER returning there.

we ate here for the first time the first night of our trip on 11-15-2014. I was looking forward to the pork chops but apparently they were taken off the menu. Drats, so I had the crab cakes and my mom had the chefs pasta creation.
The crab cakes were really good. Mostly crab meat with little filler. The pasta creation dish in my opinion was just 'okay'
For Dessert my mom had the seasonal fruit cobbler (which was Apple) and I had the Gianduja Chocolate cake which was really delicious. I would definitely re order what I had another time (unless they take it off the menu).

This is one of our new favorite's in Magic Kingdom. My mom got the Turkey platter and I got the hamburger... we both got the ooey Gooey toffee cake. OMG.
The food here is just great. We ate here on November 16, 2014. We walked in and waited 4 minutes for a table. Our service was a bit slow though.
I would recommend this to friends/family.

I would have given this restaurant a complete 10 if we didn't have to wait 10-15 minutes (in the rain).
We ate here on 11-17-2014. We had a 4:15pm reservation. Little did we know that this restaurant opens it's doors at 4:00pm. This day it was raining and the servers were late getting to work, so we were made to stand outside in the rain.
The food was great. I had the shrimp taco's and my mom had the steak. I LOVED the shrimp taco's and we both had the apple dessert...yummy.
We will be returning but not quite at opening time.
