My wife took me to the Naples Shula's last week for my Birthday & we were treated like royalty!... Ashley was our server, and the young lady was outstanding! We will ask for her when we visit in the future. The table was decorated, and all the staff wished me a happy birthday. Even the singer in the lounge sang to me. Oh, did I mention the food was to die for? Excellent presentation. highly recommend the Cajun Ribeye and apple cobbler. Plus, the memorabilia around the restaurant are a sports lover (like me) dream. We will be back soon!

Always heard such wonderful things about SHULAs and it was finally time for our fam to experience it .. ..
They had no problem arranging a table for 12+toddler and our server TYLER (from Chatham) was splendid .. .. I do believe the best-ever server I've ever had .. .. Personable, hilarious Arsenal fan, who got every drink/food order exactly correct despite 12+ chatty guests!
Three of us split their WEDGE SALAD and they were nice enough to split it for us and it was delicious with a light dressing from heaven and perky Blue Cheese atop .. ..
The monstrous TOMAHAWK RIBEYE was perfectly cooked (medium-rare) and charred fro such a huge piece of meat! Despite three of us sharing it, there was still enough left over for three light breakfasts the following days!
And, did I mention the side? CREAMED SPINACH, MASHED POTATOES & MUSHROOMS? All of them were fantastic and would have made a wonderful meal on their own .. ..
ER FO
Then came deserts --- APPLE CRISP, CHOCOLATE SOUFFLE & CHOCOLATE LAVA CAKE .. .. Oh, dear .. ..
JUST A FABULOUS DINNER AND ONE TO REMEMBER FOR A REAL LONG TIME!!
Pros:
RIBEYE and order as many sides as your table can hanle!Cons:
Change of clothes' size afterwards!!Reviewed by Anonymous Review Date: 05/03/2022

So.. visited Shula's Steakhouse tonight, heard a lot of good things and watch a lot of paging mr morrow videos and shulas is his number one steak on Disney Property (I think) ...
I got the 24oz Porterhouse. It was a great steak, but for $65 I was hoping for something a bit more mind blowing. Price is bit ridiculous considering sides are not included. It tasted good and seasoned well but was nothing special and I've definitely had better steak for less. Sides Mac & Cheese and caramelised sprouts $13 a peice were pretty meh also.
I did have the new orleans style shrimp to start which I thought was fantastic.
I was really looking forward to eating here but I left feeling a little let down.
Few days ago I ate at steakhouse 71, had the 10oz new York strip $36 with a side and sauce. Steak was great and much better value for money!
Shulas even have the cheek to charge $4 for a steak sauce!
The other people who dined with me (who also eat alot of steak) felt the same.
Also this is just me nitpicking here but it comes across like quite a fancy restaurant so myself and my party got dressed up but it basically has no dress code so quite a few people there straight from the parks wearing trainers and caps.
Heading to yachtsman next week which I know have dry aged steak (shulas do not) so keeping my fingers crossed its much better!

I don’t know what planet these people leaving bad reviews are on….but this is easily the best restaurant on Disney property. Don’t walk run to this place. Top notch service and the best steak I’ve ever had so the high prices makes sense, you get what you pay for.

My sister and I ate there on Friday, February 11. I had the Shrimp Cocktail for an appetizer…I’ve had better at La Hacienda in Epcot two nights ago. My sister asked for her filet to be Medium. It came out medium raw. I had crab cakes for my entree. I have never experienced shell in any crab cakes before. I couldn’t even finish them. For sides, we had what should have been broccoli with cheese. The dish was mainly broccoli with some sort of watery cheese. Tasted and looked like it was cooked in the microwave. When we first arrived, we felt rushed. My app came almost immediately after ordering and my entree came before I was finished. They must have wanted to rush us out, as we didn’t order any wine or dessert-which they asked us three times during the meal if we wanted dessert. Once we were finished eating, we sat with dirty plates in front of us for quite sometime. So first, they rushed us and then they forgot us as it got busier. We asked for take out for the mashed potatoes(which were good), and the rest of my sister’s steak. The gentleman came to the table with the take out box, my sister asked for a utensil, since they had already taken them away, to put her food in, as there was a lot of water on the plate from the broccoli. He got her a fork and LITERALLY shoved the plate back to her to to it herself. Waitstaff wasn’t very friendly and very inattentive. We joked that they were angry elves. We still tipped 20%, but we normally tip more for a great meal with great service. Would not recommend. Plenty of other places that are way better on property.

While the service was top tier, I've had way better steaks on property for less. Honestly not worth the avg of $100/person and that was just 1 drink, 1 steak, and one shareable side (no appetizers or dessert). Our steaks lacked any seasoning, and the mushrooms that were supposed to have been sautéed in butter and garlic tasted heavily of canola oil and also lacked seasoning. Was there a salt and pepper shortage in the kitchen that night. I'm glad we skipped dessert because I'm sure, as a pastry chef, I would have been disappointed with the Key Lime pie. The skirt steak I had at Wine Bar George with the steak frites was way better, and 1/3 the price. Which is sad, because this was a bucket list destination for me based on other reviews. One and done for me.

We like to have one fancy dinner each trip. Service was excellent. Had three waiters that were very attentive to us. Food came out timely and perfect. The steaks were excellent. We would certainly have another celebratory dinner here again.

I ate at Shula\\'s 4/22/21 8:30 reservation. I was late because it took me loads longer to get there from Studios on the boat than I thought. I was not able to walk it because my feet were hurting from the park. I was a little over 15 minutes late and they had already given away my table. I wish they would have tried to contact me. But They gave me a high top table in the lounge. My Service was the highlight of my trip. My server went above and beyond. (I wish I could remember her name) The bread service is great. I got ordered the Cajun shrimp appetizer. It wsa the best shrimp dish I have ever had anywhere. I suggest using the bread to sop up the sauce rather than the crustiness they provided. for my main I ordered the Cowboy ribeye. This steak was perfect. incredible flavour and marbling. I also had the dark cherry smoked Manhattan. I would have liked more smoke. Back to the service. I was dining alone but many of the cast members took time to talk to me. My server even walked me to show me where to catch Lyft. Best service I have ever had. Thank you Shula\\'s! I am planning to go back.

As long time Shula's fans, we regret to say that we were incredibly disappointed in our recent meal there. Approximately half of our favorite dishes had been removed from the menu or had changed in preparation (chopped salad, crab mac and cheese, grilled asparagus). The crab cakes also seemed different somehow (less lump and more shredded crab meat?). In addition, the wait staff didn't treat us in the normal attentive manner - we were not shown the cuts of beef or told about the desserts that require lengthy preparation, and basically ignored when they found out we didn't want alcoholic drinks or want to eat the big ticket items. As long boardwalk villas owners, we loved the fact that our favorite restaurant was a short walk away and considered Shula's our special meal during our multiple visits to WDW each year. Unfortunately, after our latest experience, we find ourselves in need of a new favorite restaurant as we won't be going back anytime soon. For what we spend at Shula's, we can have better meals and much cheaper meals at \"lesser\" restaurants like Satu'li Canteen and D-Luxe Burger. Disappointed BWV and SSR owners.
