Had lunch here and had the turkey sandwich. It was so salty I couldn't even eat it! I ended up eating nothing. I could have tried to exchange it but I was so disappointed in it. I have eaten here before and had the beef sandwich which was much better.

Pros:

Great atmosphere – especially if you were able to sit by the falling snow!

Cons:

Very limited menu – overpriced.

Food was good. I had the oysters which were very fresh. The noise level was very high. Our waiter was just OK. Made a lot of mistakes and seemed to be in a rush. In the end he did give us a credit on our bill for things that were wrong so it it'll all worked out

Pros:

Great oysters. Good atmosphere.

Cons:

Very loud – seats too close together.

Excellent for groups of 5-6. I have stayed at Contemporary (LOVED it, but it is expensive) and All Star Music (was very nice, fairly quiet on top floor, but very tight quarters). This AoA suite allowed our party of 5 ladies to spread out and the 2 bathrooms were SO convenient. I found the POP (prior to reno) to be worse than Motel 6 (when I stayed I got the only building not yet renovated). I thought the Food Court was too crowded, especially because they had some of the drink stations shut down. AoA Food Court was adequately staffed, very spacious and all drink stations were open. In addition, I didn't have issues with the drink stations not \"recognizing\" my cup. I also found the walls to be quieter than the All Star. NOTE: I have T-Mobile and could not make calls within my room which was at the end of the hallway. I COULD receive and make texts. Would totally book this resort again. Recommend for families of 5-6. 1 Queen Bed in separate room/bath. 1 fold down Murphy Bed. Teens said it was fine - not the most comfortable ever - but perfectly OK. Double Sofa Bed - Teens said this was fine as well. Nicer than other sofa beds at Comfort Suites, etc.

Pros:

Pool areas rock; Food court offers many, many choices; Fairly quiet for Value Resort; Cast Members were super helpful (except for one in Food Court. There is always one. LOL)

Cons:

Wait was a little long for buses in AM; No cell phone reception in room (T-Mobile)

My husband and I have eaten here twice. Most recently in June 2018. Loved it both times!
The first time we sat on the patio overlooking the water. Husband loved his shrimp and grits and chicken and biscuit sliders were so yummy!!
Hummingbird cake wasn’t quite as good as I hoped but still managed to eat every morsel.
The next time we were seated inside and enjoyed the our high top table overlooking Disney Springs. Shared the shrimp cocktail which was interesting and really good. Also shared the short rib and mashed potatoes.
So delicious!! This time we opted for a gigantic chocolate chip cookie from the Polite Pig for desert. Best cookie I’ve ever had!

Pros:

Atmosphere, great food

Cons:

None

My husband and I stayed here for our 25th anniversary from 9/6-9/13/18. It was only our second time staying on property and we were very pleased. We got a great rate, $110 a night, which was less than the Holiday Inn Express. Our room was recently renovated and extremely clean. We stayed in the 90's building #7 and I will say it was quite a hike to the food court and bus stops. Not a biggie when you're bright eyed and bushy tailed in the morning, but a bit rough when you roll in at 1am after a late party night. We ate breakfast at the food court twice and were happy with our food. The bus system was great and we enjoyed parking our car for the week. We did stand most times on the bus, but we are healthy and able bodied so it didn't bother us. I did feel bad for families with children who were standing while juggling sleeping kiddos and all their bags. Overall we were very pleased with our stay and will be back in January with our three adults children and son-in-law.

Pros:

Awesome price! Clean, newly renovated rooms. Great options at food court. The amazing smell in the lobby when we came in every day!

Cons:

Long walk from certain buildings. Bus stop was always the furthest away and most crowded at every park.

We were very excited to score a last minute lunch reservation here! The wait once we were called was probably about 15 minutes. Ordering was fairly easy and we had an excellent cast member who explained the process nicely. The environment was pure magic! I kept expecting to see Belle waltz out at any moment. I literally smiled the entire time. Our food was tasty, but rather overpriced. My husband and I agreed we were paying for the experience. I had the French onion soup and quinoa salad. Both were excellent! My husband had the braised pork and said it was very tasty. For dessert we tried the Masters cupcake with the grey stuff and it was delicious, but nothing super special. We also had a triple chocolate cupcakes which was very good.

Pros:

Excellent dining experience! Good quality and portion of food.

Cons:

Difficult reservation to get. A bit over priced.

This ride was worth the wait! My husband and I got in line about an hour before park closing. We waited about 90 minutes. The cue line is quite long once you get inside, but it's air conditioned! The actual ride was amazing! I felt totally immersed in the experience and was sad we only got to ride once during our trip. I think it's a great ride for most ages.

Pros:

Very immersive experience! You truly feel like you're flying.

Cons:

A very long wait.

Review of Theme Park Photo Pass

We get Photopass as part of the annual pass deal so in our case it is definitely worth it. Finding photographers can be tricky at times but we take pictures just about every time we do find one. Some photographers take great shots while some others don’t seem to have “the eye” for framing the perfect shot. We love the surprise of taking magic shots. Although there are so many more that when we used Photopass for the first time it seems like there are so many characters and possibilities that are missing.

Pros:

Magic shots Lots of great memories

Cons:

Finding photographers Some photographers are better than others
