My daughter and I had a wonderful time here last weekend. The room was very cute (we had a Little Mermaid themed room), and the theming around the resort was perfect for her at age 5.
Pros:
Clean room, great food court had a lot of selection, fun staff at the pool for the afternoon pool party, great theming around the resort.Cons:

The resort is acceptable. I have no problem with the staff or room size. this time we stayed in a handicapped accessible room in Calypso. It was close to the main building, and the roll-in shower was very good for my daughter. Last year we were in the back of the resort, and handicapped parking was at a minimum. The few spots they had close to the building were taken up by the cleaning staffs carts.
Our biggest complaint is the food court. The choices are few and not especially appetizing. Breakfast was okay, but not lunch or dinner. If we were at the resort for dinner, we wandered over to Movies. Much better selection and food. Why aren't the food courts in all three value resorts the same? I have complained about this, but get no satisfactory answers.
Pros:
The handicapped accessible shower.Cons:
The food court is awful, and the handicapped parking at the back of the resort is not sufficient.Review of Disney's Boardwalk Inn Concierge Level

This is our favorite club level resort to stay in. We have stayed here 5-6 times. The best thing about this resort/CL, is the people! Jackie, JJ, Anita, I wih I could remember more names right now, but they are all awesome. Most likely because of a management who values these CM\\'s and what they do for their GUESTS. The food is delightful, lots of variety in the morning and evening. Pretty typical snacks during the day, but we are not really there much during the day. The CMs are always asking about our day, and if they can do anything to help us, or if they can get us anything. They just could not be nicer. The location of the Boardwalk cannot be beat being so close to both EPCOT and DHS. The lounge is located in a quiet area with some rooms overlooking the Boardwalk, which is just so pretty, both in the early morning and at night. The lounge has a balcony from which you can view Illuminations if you wish.
Pros:
CMs, food and beverages, locationCons:

We have been going since this breakfast first started. Love the food especially the hot cinnamon buns. The characters spend a lot of time with you, and you usually get to see them twice during the meal. This is always our first breakfast on the first full day in Disney World. Cannot wait to go again.
Pros:
hot food, good variety, pleasant serving staff, nice atmosphereCons:

We stayed here in early September for five nights. The cast members are unfriendly. The only time they paid any attention to us was when we checked in, and even then they seemed bored and distracted. The lounge is WAY overcrowded. Our room was on a different floor, far from the lounge. Ovbiously Disney can designate as many rooms as they like as CL this way, instead of the old model of doing it where there was a club level floor, and you would be limited in the number of guests making use of the lounge. At the AKL, if I did not go right up to the lounge first thing, we could not get a table. In the evenings, people would crowd around just waiting for the staff to bring the food out and they would descend upon the offerings as if they had never had food before. To get a glass of wine, you had to flag down a passing CM (EXTREMEMLY difficult as they walked by with eyes averted on their way back into the kitchen), who then acted surprised that you were asking for a glass of wine. The last straw for us was when, having paid in the upper hundreds for a savannah view room, we attempted to take our wine back down to our room to enjoy the view (as well as to just get some peace from the OVERCROWDED lounge), we were loudly SCOLDED by the desk CM who told us that THEIR wine glasses do not leave the lounge! Are you kidding me? EVERY hotel I've ever stayed at I have been allowed to take my wine back to my room. Even at the Courtyard by Marriott. We will never return to the CL there. EVER.
Pros:
The food itself.Cons:
Service (NONE), overcrowding, distance from room to lounge, unfriendly staff.Reviewed by Anonymous Review Date: 09/26/2018

We have been coming to Orlando for the last ten years from the UK. We stopped off site for the first few years but since then have stopped on property which we absolutely love. This was our first stay in a moderate our previous vacations being at Old Key West and Saratoga Springs. We had heard some great things about French Quarter and we were not disappointed. Such a compact but homely resort with great New Orleans theming throughout. We had a pool view room which was perfect for myself and my husband. We used the buses as we did not hire a car and on the whole it was fine if very busy at times with just the two bus stops. Buses did occasionally go into riverside but mainly on an evening. The quick service restaurant is really good with all sorts of delicious things on offer including their famous beignets. The pool is fabulous and the area is very relaxing. The washing machines are numerous and although you have to pay for them (which you don't at Old Key West and Saratoga Springs) it is easy to pay by debit card. The boat to disney springs is a real bonus and we really enjoyed using it on many occasions. We enjoyed our holiday so much we are staying there again in a couple of weeks' time and would highly recommend it to anyone on a budget that doesn't want to splash out on the deluxe resorts but wants something a bit more than the value resorts
Pros:
Quick service restaurant, compact site, water taxiCons:

We stayed in a concierge suite on the fantasy. Our cruise was in October 2017. The room was amazing!! 1 1/2 baths with a soaking tub. Big living area with attached dining. Great balcony and a good sized bedroom. There were just 2 of us, no kids. The bedroom could be closed off which is great if you want to sleep in. DVD player in the living room and a fridge. The concierge lounge was right across the hall and it was amazing!!! The crew there was so helpful and friendly. We had access to the private sun deck. There is food in the lounge all day long and free drinks after 5pm. The second day we walked in they remembered what we drank! It was defiantly worth the money. You also get first dibs at excursions and private tables at dinner. The had 2 private parties on the sun deck also where we got to meet characters.
Pros:
Everything!!Cons:
The lounge could be a little bigger we usually could not get a table.Review of Rainforest Room

Pros:
Everything! The stone chairs were the best.Cons:
