Great tour! You get backstage tour as well as informative tour on stage. Our your went on the Jungle Cruise and the Haunted Mansion and we were given interesting facts in both.

Our experience here was flawless. We were given a room that overlooked the MK, so we could see the castle and the nightly fireworks. The look on my niece\\'s face when she first stepped into the room and saw the castle was priceless!
Pros:
the included snacks were wonderful and much appreciated after being at the parks.Cons:

We were a party of five, but could only get reservations for two and felt lucky to even be able to get those. When we arrived and were making arrangements for meeting up again after the meal, a cast member didn't want to see our party have to split up so ushered us in and helped us with the ordering process. It was an excellent experience.
Pros:
the attractiveness of the restaurant, the price is realsonableCons:

Had lunch here and had the turkey sandwich. It was so salty I couldn't even eat it! I ended up eating nothing. I could have tried to exchange it but I was so disappointed in it. I have eaten here before and had the beef sandwich which was much better.
Pros:
Great atmosphere – especially if you were able to sit by the falling snow!Cons:

Food was good. I had the oysters which were very fresh. The noise level was very high. Our waiter was just OK. Made a lot of mistakes and seemed to be in a rush. In the end he did give us a credit on our bill for things that were wrong so it it'll all worked out
Pros:
Great oysters. Good atmosphere.Cons:

Excellent for groups of 5-6. I have stayed at Contemporary (LOVED it, but it is expensive) and All Star Music (was very nice, fairly quiet on top floor, but very tight quarters). This AoA suite allowed our party of 5 ladies to spread out and the 2 bathrooms were SO convenient. I found the POP (prior to reno) to be worse than Motel 6 (when I stayed I got the only building not yet renovated). I thought the Food Court was too crowded, especially because they had some of the drink stations shut down. AoA Food Court was adequately staffed, very spacious and all drink stations were open. In addition, I didn't have issues with the drink stations not \"recognizing\" my cup. I also found the walls to be quieter than the All Star. NOTE: I have T-Mobile and could not make calls within my room which was at the end of the hallway. I COULD receive and make texts. Would totally book this resort again. Recommend for families of 5-6. 1 Queen Bed in separate room/bath. 1 fold down Murphy Bed. Teens said it was fine - not the most comfortable ever - but perfectly OK. Double Sofa Bed - Teens said this was fine as well. Nicer than other sofa beds at Comfort Suites, etc.
Pros:
Pool areas rock; Food court offers many, many choices; Fairly quiet for Value Resort; Cast Members were super helpful (except for one in Food Court. There is always one. LOL)Cons:
Wait was a little long for buses in AM; No cell phone reception in room (T-Mobile)Reviewed by KKT Review Date: 09/26/2018

My husband and I have eaten here twice. Most recently in June 2018. Loved it both times!
The first time we sat on the patio overlooking the water. Husband loved his shrimp and grits and chicken and biscuit sliders were so yummy!!
Hummingbird cake wasn’t quite as good as I hoped but still managed to eat every morsel.
The next time we were seated inside and enjoyed the our high top table overlooking Disney Springs. Shared the shrimp cocktail which was interesting and really good. Also shared the short rib and mashed potatoes.
So delicious!! This time we opted for a gigantic chocolate chip cookie from the Polite Pig for desert. Best cookie I’ve ever had!

My husband and I stayed here for our 25th anniversary from 9/6-9/13/18. It was only our second time staying on property and we were very pleased. We got a great rate, $110 a night, which was less than the Holiday Inn Express. Our room was recently renovated and extremely clean. We stayed in the 90's building #7 and I will say it was quite a hike to the food court and bus stops. Not a biggie when you're bright eyed and bushy tailed in the morning, but a bit rough when you roll in at 1am after a late party night. We ate breakfast at the food court twice and were happy with our food. The bus system was great and we enjoyed parking our car for the week. We did stand most times on the bus, but we are healthy and able bodied so it didn't bother us. I did feel bad for families with children who were standing while juggling sleeping kiddos and all their bags. Overall we were very pleased with our stay and will be back in January with our three adults children and son-in-law.
