I love the dining plan. The regular dining plan is just right. The kids are never hungry. I don't have to save money for our next meal.
Pros:
After I make our reservation I don't have to worry about meals.Cons:
Planet Hollywood was the only place we had to wait even though I called 6 months before. Never again.Reviewed by Stacy H Review Date: 09/26/2018

Enjoyed the princess breakfast with my wife and two daughters. Good interaction with Princesses Belle, Ariel, Cinderella, Mulan, and Aurora. The food was okay, but the price was very high.
Pros:
Good opportunity for kids to see and interact with several Princesses up close.Cons:
Very expensive.Reviewed by Anonymous Review Date: 09/26/2018

The princess interaction was wonderful, the breakfast was weird. The cold bar, although Norwegian, and something to try, it just did not really pair well with bacon and eggs. Loved having the picture with Belle included in the meal and it only being one TS!
Pros:
picture with Belle, princessesCons:

We enjoyed our stay here as a family of 4. This was our first time at trying a moderate resort, having stayed at a deluxe before this was different as in being so spread out. Not a horrible walk from our room to the lobby. The grounds are beautiful, so the atmosphere did help take our minds away from all of the walking. The buses seemed to run smoothly to and from the parks. Pepper Market was okay, nothing to write home about. The pool was beautiful!
Pros:
pool, sceneryCons:

I'd recommend this breakfast if you're on the dining plan because it only costs 1 Quick Service credit per person. Plus, you can pre-order your food online so you don't have to wait in the line for the kiosks when you get to the castle.
Pros:
Good value on the dining plan; offers pre-ordersCons:

Great resort, but it is large, so select a preferred building in order to be close to the food court and main pool. Various activities offered in the afternoon and evening hours.
Pros:
Beautiful resort with a great main pool, food court, and very good bus service with stops conveniently located throughout the resort.Cons:
Very large resort, so you will need to pay extra for a preferred building or expect to walk a ways to the main pool and food court.Review of Pandora -- the World of Avatar

I LOVE this resort. So much so, that I hesitate to write this review...I want to keep it to myself! Over the years I've stayed at a variety of Disney resorts, from value up to Deluxes. They're all a lot of fun. The Dolphin(and sister Swan) are WONDERFUL. The location beats everything else by a mile! The boardwalk view is right out the window,as are potential views of Epcot and the Studios. Beautiful! A fantastic pool complex, so many excellent restaurant choices onsite, and great service make this my favorite resort to stay at,I'd choose the Dolphin over any of my previous onsite stays! Yes, it's not 'Disney' themed, but it's gorgeous! the lobby, the rooms, the views,I love it all. Walking to the Studios and Epcot is GREAT,or you can take a boat ride which is fun. I also enjoy just walking over to the Boardwalk area just to see the sights, and exercise. It's technically 'offsite' but it's as 'onsite' as it can be with the location. We usually Uber to and from the airport, so that's not a problem at all. Disney run buses to the parks work just fine here also.
Pros:
Right in the middle of the action!Cons:
Lots of walking,if you don't like to walk.Review of Boardwalk Villas (Disney Vacation Club)

We are DVC members with Old Key West as our home. We had wanted to stay at Boardwalk for a long time, but it's hard to get at 7 months. We got lucky with a five night stay in May 2018. I am now in love with this resort! Check in was easy, and we wouldn't eve have had to stop at the font desk except for one snafu that was my fault. We never received the room ready text or email (never have for any stay actually) but we were given our room number at the security gate when we drove in. We had forgotten our Magic Bands (newbie mistake) so we did have to stop at the desk anyway. A very friendly cast member got us set up with new bands and in no time we were on our way to our room. I would have given a 10/10, except they do lack elevators. We were close enough to a bank of four, but some rooms could have quite a long walk to the elevator. We also had some extremely full elevator rides at peak times and long waits even at non-peak times. The room was very spacious and beautiful, and even though we had booked a garden view, I requested a room in the North building, high floor, facing NE. We were granted this request and our fourth floor room had a view of the Boardwalk & Crescent Lake. Sadly, with nearly constant rain during our trip we were not able to spend much time on the huge balcony! The location was perfect for walking to Epcot (we did not visit Hollywood Studios this trip) and our room had easy access to the Boardwalk, pool, lobby and bus stop. We did have some longish waits for buses, but there was a lot of road construction and congestion in the area that I'm sure was a factor. We had no issues with bell services or housekeeping during our stay. Even though we did not have a full cleaning while we were there, they did room checks every day and emptied the trash. We did have to request extra washcloths, but we always do at all the DVC resorts as they don't give you enough to get through between check in and trash/towel day.
Pros:
Location, Location, Location! Table service dining options on the Boardwalk.Cons:
Hard to book for DVC members at 7 month window. Lack of quick service options.Reviewed by Anonymous Review Date: 09/26/2018

We were very pleased with our stay at OKW. The 1 bedroom suite had a feel of home! Very spacious rooms. Short walk to bus stop. And Olivia’s restaurant is a hidden gem...delicious!
