I liked this resort for the most part. It was beautiful and not crowded, which I like. My problem was with the bussing. It was terrible. Took 45 minutes in the mornings for a bus, any bus to come by. They did offer us a gift card in lieu of mousekeeping service, which we did take.
Pros:
Not a busy resort, beautiful landscapeCons:

We had a nice time with this quick service lunch. Beautiful location, but long lines. Not a large menu, my teenage daughter had a difficult time choosing lunch. Overall, very happy with it.

Beautiful location, relaxing atmosphereCons:

This was my first MNSSHP, and I am on the fence about whether it was worth it or not. I went on a Tuesday in September, the crowds were not horrible, but everything still had a wait. I was expecting more than what was there, based on reviews of previous years. There was no way anyone could get through the whole party by midnight. I am just not as "wow'd" as I thought I would be.
Pros:
Good candy, shorter ride linesCons:

Although the adult beverage prices are a little steeper than we'd like, they were good. Our go-to treat is their ice cream, and their coffee. I like that there are eating options at many different locations, and am very glad to see that they have healthier options at Lotta Watta Lodge. Service was sometimes a bit slow in March 2018, when we were there last. Maybe they didn't have enough staff. Although this is unrelated to counter service, I was happy to find a water-proof phone pouch on a lanyard, at the souvenir shop, as I'd forgotten mine. And reasonably priced, too.

I've eaten here twice, and it's become one of my favorite restaurants at Walt Disney World. It has a fun, family friendly atmosphere and the servers are great. The food is delicious. The mac and cheese is the best we had anywhere. We ordered several of the desserts to share among our table, and the hummingbird cake was a favorite. Very enjoyable experience!

great food and drinks, fun atmosphere, friendly staffCons:

Great food & atmosphere. And as others have said, it is almost a table service location where they do deliver your food to the table. Great menu selection that has something for just about every palate
Pros:
Great food & great value if you are using a Dining plan credit.Cons:

Overall great resort with awesome themed areas
Pros:
Great food court. The family suites are well designed and themed and offer lots of space for a family to spread out. And the smell in the lobby is so great!Cons:
That currently (as that will be changing in 2018 with the Gondola opening) the only transport to the parks is busses and the lines are often long, meaning waiting for a second, or in rare cases, a third bus to come before you can get on. Busses ran very regularly though so wouldn't let that deter you from staying here. We often just made us of Uber or Lyft when the lines for the bus were long.Review of Candlelight Processional (Epcot)

This is one of the ONLY reasons I'm willing to brave iffy weather with my vacation dollar (the other is the Christmas Illuminations show)! This presentation is for any and all music lovers. Well over 100 voices plus an orchestra! The vibrations from that much live music produces goose-bumps every.single.time! I've heard some incredible narrators, and some that were less-than-adequate public speakers. If you can, try for the show that starts once it's dark - the choir members processing into the venue with their candles - very very moving! We've attended with and without the dinner package seating. Always worth it, no matter what - with the closer seating from a dining package, it's even better! I especially appreciate the breakfast addition to dining package offerings from Epcot resorts. That works best for us, and really frees up the day until showtime!
Pros:
The best narrators.Cons:
The worst narrators. Choose carefully.Review of Via Napoli Ristorante e Pizzeria

My DD and I always make a point to eat here. My DD doesn’t like pizza, but loves theirs. It is the best pizza I have ever had. We have been able to eat here even without a reservation, we were seated outside when it was pretty chilly and rainy, and we loved it. Inside can get pretty loud and lacks ambience that other restaurants have, but the food makes up for it. We don’t eat on the dining plan because it is always too much food for us, so the dollar value here is great.
