Review of Enchanted Tiki Room

I don't think the Enchanted Tiki Room gets fairly reviewed a lot of the time. It is one of the few attractions that Walt Disney actually sat through. He never saw Pirates. He never saw the Haunted Mansion. He died in 1965. Yes, he was instrumental in overseeing Pirates and Haunted Mansion but they were not completed until after his death. Perhaps his ghost has seen the Haunted Mansion. Perhaps he is ghost #1000. (I certainly hope so.) The Enchanted Tiki Room is a throw-back to another era. The jokes are corny. The effects are quaint. It deals with Tiki Culture, something that was so big at the time. You really ought to approach the Tiki Room as an anthropologist. Find out what Walt intended to be entertainment. Learn his intentions...those intentions should be honored...even today. I know the script by heart. I wouldn't mind sitting through it again RIGHT NOW. (Where is Rosita, BTW?)
Pros:
Terrific Audio-Animatronics. Good Songs. Short show = only 12 minutes and 33 seconds long. It also has a terrific (short) pre-show. Air-conditioning. Dole Whip!Cons:

Let me tell you, I love this attraction. When I first walked into the Pre-show room, I could tell that the theming was very strong for this attraction. The details in the special items in the room were hilarious and well thought out. The little show being featured had its funny jokes and it definitely made the wait for this show feel like it flew by! The show itself was very enjoyable to watch. The heckling of Statler and Waldorf was knee-slap funny along with the jokes from Fozzie and Kermit. The show was very charming and absolutely adorable. The only downside was the addition of the character Waldo. I didn't really like him much as he was kind of annoying, in my opinion. Overall, I love this show and I hope they continue to show it(and maybe update it to keep audiences entertained). I agree with everyone down in this review section- we need more Muppets altogether!

When I came into this show, I wasn't sure what to expect. I love Frozen, but I don't like to sing. I am pleasantly surprised to say that I truly enjoyed going to see this show. The historians were my absolute favorite part as they spouted out absolutely hilarious jokes and they encouraged people to participate. The only thing I wish they would change is that they should let the cast members who play Anna and Elsa actually sing for the show. It isn't a big pet peeve, but for most of the shows in Hollywood Studios, almost all of the cast members involved would sing. They should let their Anna and Elsa cast members to shine! Overall, it was a lovely show and I would love to come back again to see it!

Although it is a pretty basic ride in a Disney Park, I enjoyed riding this with my family. The theming was pretty great and for the time I stayed in line, I thought it was worth it. I don't recommend staying in line for more than 40 minutes and I also don't feel people with motion sickness should ride this ride as it was a little jerky.

This is my favorite ride on property! I'm a huge adrenaline junky so this ride is perfect for me and perfect for the adrenaline junky in your life! Seeing Expedition Everest in the distance makes my heart fly!
