We attended the 8:15pm show on 12/16 for the second time this year. My friend and I were returning and brought my mom along to join the fun! The parties with wheelchairs/ECVs (including us) were gathered on the side porch to be seated ahead of the masses, even if the person intended to transfer.
Our table was #42 (category 1) and it was the perfect location: center of the hall towards the front; a lot of the performers came very near our table when they were out and amongst the audience. My friend even got picked on by Dolly Drew throughout the show!
The food was even better than I remember. Only item I didn't care for (and I'm alone in this opinion) was the ribs, as I found the sauce a bit too spicy. Everything else was fantastic!
Our server didn't do anything particularly fun. I don't know if she's the norm or the exception, since last time our server had us in stitches!
The show was as funny as it was 9 months ago, but I liked that it was a little bit different for the holidays, too. I would definitely come back again!
Pros:
Hysterical show and very good foodCons:

This was my first visit and before I went, I was quite hesitant as I feared the jokes too corny, the food so so, it was way out at Fort Wilderness, and I was dining alone and feared being seated with a bunch of strangers and the whole family style service...and the ribs being fatty and not getting white meat chicken, etc. I was sooo wrong about everything. This was a fabulous meal! I had a great table right near the stage in category 2. I was seated alone and they had the most delicious cornbread. I ate half the loaf before dinner even started. My server gave me the recipe! The chicken was all white meat breast on the bone with skin on and it was like you'd get at home. It tasted like fresh home cooking and not like chain restaurant chicken. The ribs were meaty and lean and I really enjoyed both meats. The mashed potatoes were real and not reconstituted instant ones. The beans were ranch style and quite good. The entertainment was funny and appropriate for all ages and not the least bit boring. The dancing was really good and they had some really good voices too. All the cast was very talented and entertaining. The icing on the cake though was the strawberry shortcake. It's already my favorite dessert, and then their version is so delicious and homemade. I had the best evening there and I will definitely return. Both the food and the show were great. I attended the 6pm show and when it was over, they had all our resort buses lined up to transport us back to our home resorts. It was wonderful not to have to wait for a bus and have one waiting on me for a change. The bus waited about 15 minutes after I boarded for others that were still streaming out from the show. Yes, it's a bit steep for a meal, but for me it was so worth it. I had a great evening of fun and memorable food too. I would not bother paying for tier 1 seating as my table had a great view and the actors still came to all the tables even the tier 3 seats in the balcony. I can't say enough about this wonderful experience except GO!
Pros:
Fun show, great food, bus service to resorts afterwardCons:

I've seen this show several times and have always enjoyed, so when 9 of us (4 grandkids included) decided to go to Disney I knew this was a must. Food, service, entertainment fantastic. If I go to Disney again, I won't miss this experience.

My friend and I ate here last night for the first time. We loved it! From All Star Movies, it took about an hour to get to Ft. Wilderness via Magic Kingdom. Our show was at 8:30 and we arrived around 8pm. We had picked up our tickets from Lobby Concierge, but still needed to visit Concierge at the Fort, to get a CM discount applied.
Category 1 was sold out by the time we booked so we went with Category 2. We were very near the stage, the first table on the outer ring. With that view, I'm glad we didn't pay the extra for Cat. 1.
Rob was our server and he was amazing. He kept us refilled on drinks and brought more food when we asked. He also told us jokes, some of which were probably not Disney appropriate, but as two adults, we thought they were hysterical!
The food was very good. Cornbread was outstanding-we asked for a second loaf. I didn't like the salad dressing but my friend devoured almost the entire bucket! Fried chicken was good and ribs were excellent. I didn't try the beans but my friend said they were just alright. Corn was standard and the mashed potatoes...they were the best potatoes I've ever had! The strawberry shortcake was out of this world and I wish I could have eaten more but I was stuffed.
The show itself was funny, I really enjoyed the humor. There's a reason this show has been around for 40+ years! Also great was the fact that buses back to the resorts were provided right outside after the show, broken up by zones. I believe this is only for the last show, but our zone was the three All Stars, Coronado Springs, and Animal Kingdom Lodge.
I'm sad I never gave this a try but I'll definitely be back in December with my mom!

This was our first time to see the show and we were on the deluxe dining plan and decided to try it. The boat ride from Contempory was nice and they drop you off right by the hall. The food was great, the show was great and the adult beverages were great. if you have never seen this show, you need to go at least once. We really enjoyed it.

We used 2 deluxe dining credits to attend the dinner show and walked away very happy. We went to the late show so that we could sit on the ground floor, otherwise the balcony does not look like too much fun. Disney does what they do best and puts on a great show. This is what you are going for, as the food is so so. Disney is utilizing family style dining more and more and from a restaurant operation standpoint, it allows them to serve everyone much quicker. The fried chicken was decent and the ribs were so so. Though I do have to add that alcoholic drinks are included.

This was a wonderful experience. We attended on January 1, 2014 the 8:30 show. It was my husband's Birthday and our table was right next to the stage. The wait staff was awesome, the actors and actresses were wonderful and let food was delicious. I have only wonderful words for this experience. We loved the Sangria, the ribs, and our server made us aware of a vegetarian meal for our lovely daughter. Would definiately reccomend and can't wait to go back!

We dined here on Dec 22'nd and had our 3 year old grandchild with us. It was our second time here with the last time being 5 years ago.The food seemed better this time as the chicken was fried to perfection and everything else was very tasty. Free beer was flowing. Everyone had a great time and will do this again in another 5 years.
Pros:
