Best driver I had my entire trip!!! Was interactive with the passengers, as our other drivers drove silently and made it a slow ride. Steve from Brooklyn, was so kind and fun! He deserves a raise!!!

I have loved riding the buses since I was little. I remember the anticipation of waiting for a bus at my resort each morning as I thought about the day ahead at the parks. I loved everything about them. As I’ve gotten older I’ve still enjoyed the buses. They’re clean and always nice and cool during the hot summers.

Free! There’s a ton of them, so you’ll never have to wait too long between one buses departure and another buses arrivalCons:

I really don't understand why everyone hates on the bus system. It's buses so of course there isn't anything exciting about it. I love that it is FREE transportation around the property. Only down side is when they are busy that you may have to stand instead of sit but again it's FREE. They also have air conditioning on them which is a lifesaver some days.

Nice to have transportation to resorts,parks,shopping. Love talking to the drivers getting info etc. still remember bus breaking down on turn into Epcot there we stood by the side of rode till another bus came.

The Disney bus system is the easiest and best way to get around the World. Its very convenient and comfortable. It is cheaper than having to rent a car and pay for parking. Let someone else do all the work while you sit back and just enjoy the ride and Disney scenery.
Pros:
If you are staying at Pop Century, they have their own dedicated bus to their resort. It does not make stops or pick ups at other Disney resorts.Cons:
If you are staying at Pop Century Resort, you usually have the longest walk to get in line for the buses at the parks. After a long day of walking, sometimes you really hate to have to walk the furthest to get to your bus.Reviewed by Kathy Review Date: 10/29/2019

When we stayed at Pop Century we encountered no problem with any of the buses. When there were long lines in the morning they brought in extra buses.

We had a good experience with the Disney buses on our last trip in September. We stayed at POR, and I know they get a bad rap for their bus service, but I think Disney is listening. We never waited more than 10 mins. for a bus and usually no more than 5. I really liked the monitors at each of the stops, and we compared times with the MDE app and they were very accurate. We even rode the bus for EEMH to Hollywood Studios and the bus picked us up at 5:30am, and we were the only ones on it! The one con is that they can get crowded in the afternoon/evening, but that is to be expected. For moving people over such a large property, to/from 30+ resorts and 4 theme parks, they do a pretty good job. Is it an on-demand service like Uber or Lyft, no, but its free and you are on vacation - so set your expectations and relax.
