Notes

A stay on the Halcyon is a 2-night excursion. The first night in the Crown of Corellia dining room will be a dinner show with a musical performance from a galactic superstar. See menu details below.

Guests are welcome to enjoy all menu offerings within each of the six courses.

The second night will feature The Taste Around the Galaxy showcase. The multi-course meal will show off the "geography and environments of iconic destination planets throughout the galaxy. See "special meals" menu for details.

Dessert

Day 1 Course 5- Dessert- Jogan Fruit and Caramel Whip, with yuzu, passionfruit, and cardellia jelly
Day 1 Course 6- Decadent Finale- Umi-Yumi Chocolate, caramel and yuzu

Captain's Table

Captain's Table for an additional $30 per person, guests can sit at the Captain's Table. Reservations are extremely limited and must be made in advance

Extra items are included in the Captain's Table service including Champagne, First Taste (appetizer), Intermezzo, an extra Main Course (scallop dish or lobster tail), and an additional Dessert.

Night 1 Course 3 Intermezzo- Miso Shooter, warm miso broth, crispy tofu

Appetizers/Starters

Night 1 Course 2- The Bento Experience, served family-style and includes three snack pods, noodles, and four dipping sauces
Bantha Beef Tenderloin Dumpling (part of The Bento Experience) with braised teriyaki beef
Tip Yip Chicken Dumpling (part of The Bento Experience) with sweet-and-sour shredded chicken
Night 1 Course 1- Red Fruit Pillow , soy-ginger cured tomato, avocado and wasabi cream
Flora Vegetables (part of The Bento Experience), chilled salad of yellow beets, Diakon, onion, carrots, and white miso vinagrette
Interplanetary Dipping Sauces (part of The Bento Experience), Kaadu Cream (sweat and creamy), Melahnese Curry (yogurt dip), Batuu Spice (spicy aromatic condiment), Barbecue-style (Gochjuang-laced sauce)

Surabat Spiced Flora , served with vegetables with harissa spice
Bantha Beef Tenderloin, tamarind-glazed with crushed moon-rock potatoes
Tip Yip Chicken, Menkooro bourbon-glazed with red peppers and sesame seeds
Lee Romay Seared Scallop, with creamy sauce and sesame seeds
Stewed Shrimp lemon grass, lobster cream, and coconut-lime foam
