NEWS: Sprinkles is Officially Closed at Disney Springs

A popular spot for guests at Disney Springs has closed its doors on the first day of 2026.

Disney Springs

For years, it was the place guests stopped for a sweet break between shopping and dining at Disney Springs. Today, that tradition came to an end as a fan-favorite location officially closed its doors with very little notice.

On December 31st, we reported there was speculation that the Sprinkles location at Disney Springs could be closing. When we called the Disney Springs store for more information on December 31st, they were unable to provide an update on the hours for January 1st. We are now able to report that our team is at Disney Springs, and the store is closed.

Sprinkles is closed

The storefront, known for its ATM cupcake machine, is no longer operating, marking the end of its run at Disney World’s popular shopping and dining district. Guests visiting Disney Springs today were met with closed doors and a sign.

This location is closed.

While the sign does note that “This Location is Closed Today,” when we spoke to Guest Relations at Disney Springs, they confirmed that the location is in fact closed for good. The ATM is closed, and all outdoor tables have been removed. There are also no hours listed on the Disney World website, and the app marks it as closed.

All tables are removed.

The sudden shutdown adds to a growing list of retail and dining changes at Disney Springs, pointing to how quickly the lineup of familiar favorites can shift. As more things change in Disney World in 2026, be sure to follow us at AllEars.net so you can stay up to date!
