It’s always interesting to see what kind of foods international McDonald’s franchises get compared to the kind of food we get in McDonald’s in the U.S.

For example, last year, McDonald’s in Canada got The Grinch Meal, which included McShaker fries, which are pickle-seasoned fries that you shake up with seasoning yourself. Well, this year, The Grinch Meal, along with those fries, is coming to the U.S.

The Grinch Meal will launch in U.S. McDonald’s locations on December 2nd. The meal includes your choice of a Big Mac or 10-piece chicken nuggets, a medium drink, and McShaker Fries. These fries are served with dill pickle seasoning on the side. You can use the included McShaker bag to toss the fries and seasoning together to get Dill Pickle “Grinch Salt” McShaker fries.

According to USA Today, the meal was highly successful in Canada last year, so the plan was to bring it to the U.S. this year. Alyssa Buetikofer, chief marketing and customer experience officer of McDonald’s USA, said in a statement: “The Grinch gets it–the holidays are chaotic, and he’s thrilled to give our fandom permission to embrace their inner Grinch with his festive mischievous meal and spirited socks.”

Oh, yes, we forgot to mention that the meal also comes with a pair of fun Grinch-themed socks.

We have a feeling The Grinch Meal will be VERY popular across the country, so you might have to hit up a few locations to find it if it’s selling out fast.
