So, you’ve made your Disney World park pass reservations and/or purchased your tickets. You’ve booked your hotel, whether it’s on property or offsite, and you’re gearing up to travel down for an incredible trip. However, there may still be something missing.

As much of a bummer it is to realize you may need to spend MORE money in advance of your trip, there are some Disney World essentials that are just that — essential, and we can tell you that firsthand, because we’ve been in the parks without them and regretted it. If you’re heading into the parks soon, you’ll want to look into these items so you don’t make the same mistake we did!
Having a poncho on a rainy day in Disney World is wildly important, so you don’t end up feeling like a drowned rat (again, we’ve been there), but there are a LOT of ponchos out there to choose from. Allow us to make things easier for you — the Frogg Toggs Poncho is 100% the way to go.

This poncho is made of durable material that won’t rip, meaning it’s easy to use over and over, and over again, but it also won’t stick to you and make you feel like you’re suffocating on steamy days in the park (we hate feeling like a baked potato). It also comes with a bag to put your poncho back IN, so it doesn’t get everything else wet in your bag. For me personally, this is the ONLY poncho I’ll ever use in the parks!
Now, there are two fans we go back and forth between, but we love them each for different reasons. The first is the JISULIFE Handheld Mini Fan, which is great for a small breeze that can save your butt on hot days, but what really stands out about it is that it’s not JUST a fan.

This fan also acts as a portable charger! Now, it’s not as strong as some of the others we recommend, but it’ll absolutely save you in a pinch, and sometimes that’s exactly what you need. It also has a flashlight, which can be VERY helpful when it’s dark out and you realize you need a little extra light to know where you’re going.
Then there’s the LACOVIA Cute Mouse Misting Mini Fan, which is small enough to fit in your pocket easily, but it’s also got a misting feature that the other fan doesn’t have.

Now, the misting feature isn’t super strong, but if you’ve got it held right up to your face, you can feel it! That extra mist, combined with the fan blowing at you, can really make a big difference, so if you prefer a combination of the two (water and air), this is a great choice for you, and it won’t take up a lot of space in your bag!
If you’ve got multiple MagicBand+ or other USB-charged electronics that you’re bringing into the parks, you’ll want to grab the MultiCharger to make things easier on yourself!

This can charge numerous USB devices at one time (while it’s intended for MagicBand+, any USB-charged device will work), and only takes up ONE outlet in your hotel room. When there is already a limited amount of outlets available to share with your family/friends, saving space like this is essential!
However, if you’ve got multiple electronics that have different charging port needs, the Flat Plug Power Strip is a great way to go.

It’s a little larger to pack, but you can plug in your three-prong plugs, USB, and USB-C electronics. By using just one outlet, you can plug in SEVEN different items! If you’re staying at a Disney World hotel, it’s a must-grab.
We’re always here to help you plan for your Disney World trip in all the ways, including the essentials you’ll want to bring along, so stay tuned to AllEars!
