I Booked the “Cheap” Disney Cruise Package — It Ended Up Costing Me $1,800

If you’re considering a Disney Cruise this fall, this is your most cost-effective option!

Disney Cruises are no doubt expensive. However, they do offer a lot for your money. Take it from me, my wife and I took an anniversary trip on the Disney Wish recently. Speaking of the Disney Wish, if you were thinking of taking a relatively last-minute Disney Cruise this fall, one of the cheapest options we found was on a Wish cruise in September.

From September 1st to September 5th, you and a guest can take a 4-Night Bahamian Cruise sailing out of Port Canaveral for a grand total of $1,822 for an inside room (AKA a room in the interior of the ship with no windows or portholes).

For comparison sake, the same voyage costs $1950 for an Oceanview room, $2086 for a Verandah room, and $6134 for a concierge room.

The package includes stops in Nassau and Disney’s private island, Castaway Cay, as part of the itinerary, and features the same perks completely included with Disney Cruise packages like:

• Entertainment and Activities including Broadway-quality shows, fireworks at sea, character experiences, movie screenings, pools, waterslides, splash zones & wading pools.

• Dining, including a dinner rotation through the ship’s signature rotational restaurants, breakfast, lunch, quick service bites, unlimited coffee, tea, and soda, ice cream, and 24-hour room service.
