Do you know the one thing that will make or break your Disney World trip?

HYDRATION. No, it’s not using 15 Lightning Lanes in one day, or catching rare characters. It’s water. Trust me. Recently, I tried something new with my water in Disney World, and it was a game-changer for me!
I’m talking about energy drink packets! Specifically, I tried the Celsius On-the-Go Powder Packets on my last trip to Disney World. I will start this off by saying energy drinks are not for everyone, nor are they the most hydrating beverages. However, if you are focused on doing as much as possible in the mornings, with little pause, this might also turn into a game-changer for you.

We’ve all seen it — people lining up on Main Street, U.S.A., to get their coffee. First thing in the morning, during Early Theme Park Entry, when ride lines are short! I understand being desperate for caffeine, but personally, my hatred of waiting in ride lines is stronger.

That’s why I tried these in the first place — I didn’t want to wait a few hours in the morning to get some coffee while ride lines were short, but I definitely didn’t want to “waste” time in line for said coffee either. They are small and easily fit in your park bag. All you need is a water bottle or tumbler; you pop the powder in, shake it around to dissolve, and voila — you’ve got a highly caffeinated drink ready to go.

I’ve tried five different flavors now, and my favorite is a tie between the Kiwi Guava Lime…

…and the Strawberry Coconut. Dragonfruit Lime is another amazing flavor. Each box comes with 14 stick packs.

You can find tons of flavors on Amazon!

One packet has 200mg of caffeine, so these are no joke, and again, NOT for everyone. However, if you have energy drinks like Celsius back home, this is a fun on-the-go option.

Be sure you drink plenty of water on top of the morning energy drink water! Celsius also makes hydration packets that have no caffeine, which might be the answer for those hot afternoons when you’re sweating buckets.
Have you tried these or something similar in Disney World? Let me know in the comments! Stay tuned to AllEars for more.
