This Popular Menu Item Is FINALLY BACK at McDonald's!

After nearly a decade off the menu, McDonald’s is bringing back a HIGHLY DEMANDED menu item this summer.

McDonald’s has announced that after many fan requests, this popular item will be joining the chain’s summer menu at participating locations in 2024.

The McDonald’s McCafé OREO Frappe is coming BACK! Described by the McDonald’s menu as “A sweet treat made with rich chocolate flavor, a hint of coffee, and OREO Cookie Pieces. It’s blended with ice then hand topped with whipped light cream and a few more OREO Cookie Pieces for good measure.”

The McCafé OREO Frappé was first introduced in 2015 as a “limited-time” summer item. However, despite high popularity, the drink disappeared from the chain’s menus for nearly a decade, only reappearing on the spring and summer seasonal menus in 2023.

Many McDonald’s fans are hoping that the McCafé OREO Frappé’s 2024 reappearance as a season item for the second year in a row indicates that it may be on its way to finally joining the chain’s list of permanent offerings, or at the very least an annual seasonal item similar to what’s happened with the strawberry and cream pie.
